  1. Thanks, I dont follow this brand too closely so I didn't know that.
  2. When are the damn videos gonna be dropped so I can start making Dani gifs
  3. Mayra Suarez http://www.bellazon.com/main/topic/10724-mayra-suarez/page-21#entry3152480
  4. Speaking of SI, I did some new--borderline nsfw--gifs of her old (2014) appearance.
  5. Yeah for my part, when I like a VS model, I often dislike their actual VS work--outside of the commercials--because of the ugly Photoshop. But I mean, nobody is (or ought to be) making career choices about what pictures dudes on the internet like best. I still like these two, though:
  6. Super old (2011) content, but new gifs, because I felt like it:
  7. For those with a certain mindset, familiarity breeds contempt. Two people from Bumhole Wherever are just as likely as not to defer to common, if potentially awkward, decency when experiencing new cultures. Perception matters a lot, perception is effected by the environment, and ours is certainly incredibly toxic towards those who appear to be of Middle Eastern descent or to practice the Islamic faith. Taylor is young enough to have grown up entirely in a post-9/11 world in which such behavior has been normalized in media and encouraged by many of her country's political leaders and public intellectuals. This is not an excuse, but an explanation: It is possible to know better, but not if the people around her have all the same problems as some have claimed. That's not to suggest Taylor's out there watching the GOP primary debates, or Real Time With Bill Maher, but those attitudes permeate the culture. Celebrities, being relatively insulated as they are from substantive consequences for having bad opinions, have little incentive to educate themselves and routinely demonstrate an incapability to grasp delicate issues. Even Modelfanatic's avatar has not been immune to just this sort of behavior. But like I said, this sort of shit is common, we just tend to find out when celebrities do it. Nobody in the media is reporting on, nor is there a forum thread dedicated to, your racist cousin.
  8. A couple more gifs from Guess

  10. So your comeback is that by pointing out the racist history of the kind of thinking this thread exhibits, I'm a secret racist, because I like one blonde woman? Great sociology goin' on in this thread. I expect you'll be ready to publish soon. In any case, you're wrong. Those political agendas were adopted, promoted, and perpetuated deliberately by self-professed and widely-acknowledged "real scientists" for a very long time. That's what makes them, and casual references to "natural selection," in the context of this thread so odious. Anyway, I've had enough.
  11. I'm cool with mocking or condemnation, tbh. Keep up the good work!
  12. Why? Is this not part of natural selection? That's what scientific racists, eugenicists, and later, actual Nazis thought. I'm not surprised we've ended up here given the earlier reference to craniometry. This is a bad thread.
  13. If only history provided us with reasons why establishing such standards, measuring these things, and attributing them (or not) to physical attributes might be bad.
  14. I'm a historian. I find sociology incredibly useful. If that's what you think you're doing here, go nuts I guess. I look forward to the incisive critical analysis in this thread.
  15. You and I have pretty different understandings of "interesting," too, it seems.
  16. It doesn't look like anything. The alternative title for this thread is "let's perpetuate stereotypes!"
  17. I referred to gifs from the video earlier in the thread. I said they had a lower framerate but "credit where it's due." I like mine better. Save one set, save both, save neither, they're just gifs. The photographer and model did all the real work. Simple fact is I hadn't gotten back to page 18 yet when I made them. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Here have the rest though, everyone else. Tumblr can get these second this time.
  18. Finished the gifs, well this particular set, I mentioned in a previous post. Some of them are borderline NSFW, so I'll drop em all under a spoiler tag: If you check her tag on Tumblr you'll probly find where I post this stuff sooner. But it's a general/not themed blog, and I don't just do models exclusively when I do post sexy gifs so, caveat emptor.
  19. Re: Claire. Me too, she's more pinup/burlesque than beach, though. Not that there's anything wrong with that, outside a thread for the SI swimsuit issue anyway. Re: Britt, yep! And Playboy's Miss March 2014. Amazing, eh? Alyssa Arce is as cute as, and definitely has a better body, in terms of what is SI's evident ideal, than (just look at this!, nsfw) many of the casting call models. I'm not calling for for SI to start casting PB women, but suggesting that its maybe a decade past being a good thing to call a model you don't think is gorgeous enough. It comes off to everyone that knows better as dated, at best.
  20. Yeah, whenever people say this they seem to mean the Jenny McCarthy, Anna Nicole Smith, Pamela Anderson-era. I'm guessing they don't mean Alyssa Arce (has a thread in the Models section), Chelsie Aryn, Bryiana Noelle, Britt Linn (probably could), Claire Sinclair, Stefanie Knight, Roos van Montfort (has one), or Val Keil, etc. Even those falling under the problematic label of "generic blondes" are among my favorites, like Lauren Elise or Victoria Winters. There's a lot of hot people out there being photographed. It is my solemn duty to know of each and every one of them! Which isn't to suggest all of them would fit SI, but Alyssa? Britt? Roos? None of them would look out of place. Now if you wanna argue that SI is a thing mainstream models--that are conventionally attractive--earn through their work, and PB isn't exactly paying one's dues or whatever, ok. But that's got nothing to do with their appearance. Anyway I'll be back to make gifs or whatever when the content actually drops.
  21. Gonna resume catching up on this thread (working my way back to pg1) here's another gif For what it's worth, I'm not as prolific a poster (or GIFer) here as others, but if you've ever seen me post in a thread, safe to say I'll take requests for that person. PM me. Worth a shot if I haven't either, just no guarantee I'll want to. Edit: Evidently there's quite a few gifs from this video back on this page. They're a little choppier in terms of framerate, though. Still, credit where it's due.
  22. Handful of gifs from here If I havent posted more after a few days PM me Ill finish
  23. Sure, it's from here: Made quite a few of them from there. Here's another: Will post more in a day or so. Make these primarily for my Tumblr so like to have 'em go up there first. That reminds me, I have some of Danielle Knudson to post here.
