Hmm... I have a hunch that she would be getting two outfits! I see her appearance kind of like Candice's in 2007. Only one outfit but memorable. And Barbara got to close a segment!

Why of course I'm comparing her with the other Angels who haven't had the bra yet and in my opinion she is still kind of stretching her wings etc. Okay so we have established that in 2012 she stopped being mainly about PINK and quickly got to do the big assignments so that constitutes a "breakout star" in a way but.. I guess I'm expecting more solo appearances, public / fan recognition, TV etc. from her. Oh I hope people won't be as harsh as that because Behati is still the one that has to bring it in commercial etc. Adam can't hold her hand. PS. Fun to see you back after such a dramatic exit ;D

Yes she has been with the company for a long time and some might say she should be rewarded for sticking with it after girls left and right were promoted before her (must have been demoralizing for awhile there). However, I see PINK as a different beast as evidenced by how few (or nonexistent) promotional events, fan signings, TV appearances etc. she had before 2012. PS. Karlie's hair looks immediately more interesting straight from the thumbnails now than it did shorter. I would love to see it styled like Mia Wallace's. Touring colleges across America clearly is not doing promotional events. Doing sporty shit with sporty people to promote VS and their stuff with MLB and the NFL is clearly not promotional stuff.. Yup, makes perfect sense. I'm not a huge fan of her, haven't been since I've read a few of her interviews, but she's been working for and with the brand promoting the hell out of their pink line, which is by the way their biggest seller... so um I'm not sure where you're going with that Sanni... So what I'm getting at is that she has been playing for a long time but it wasn't until recently that she moved up to the big leagues. For the longest time she was kinda more like a PINK spokesmodel since she was left out of most of the major things where the Angels appear together. Yes she has had some great moments this past year (even outshadowing others) but has she really been such a breakout star or would the Fantasy Bra go to her (if she gets it) largely because of who she is or isn't with.

Oh I think it is kinda bad. Almost insulting how they took interest like that after a famous man had approved of her but whatever. At least she looks awesome in some of the commercials / promoting although I'm not a big fan of her otherwise hipster style and that weight loss doesn't really flatter her unless she is posing and creating curves (then it does look good and toned).

Bwhahahahhahaha! Behati does her first commercial for Victoria's Secret in 2012 and in 2013 gets the Fantasy Bra? Can we say famous boyfriend. Oh well, I have been expecting her to get the bra ever since this summer but I hope that it would go to someone like Candice instead who has been more consistent.

I think costumes work more as an isolated thing. Like 2006 Come Fly With Me segment. Some of those outfits were hella sexy! Otherwise I would love to see more full-on lingerie: garters, slips etc. Sounds like a nice fresh colour palette that they haven't done before! I can already see really soft pale yellow in my mind's eye

I seriously doubt that the director and Dwayne Johnson have time to comment on how someone who is barely above an extra does on set / sits on a make-up chair They are promoting a movie and her name popping up is promising indeed. Naturally we won't know how much of the movie is following just Hercules and how much time the supporting characters get but it seems like Barbara's position has potential. For me a speaking part and visibility is good enough! (Irina playing Megara might be an encouraging sign in Barbara's case too.) How exciting! Thank you for the detective work appleauto! Exactly, Director Brett Ratner is tweeting her, the main star is tweeting her so she is not just mere eye candy. Probably her job does involve looking good as princesses / queens do in Hollywood movies ;D but I bet her character has a name etc. "Historically" it makes sense too since people rose to important positions quite young in today's standards. And of course Hercules needs some good looking ladies around him hence the casting of prominent beauties Barbara and Irina!

I feel like speculating that she is not just slave girl number 3 but in fact has a real role. Maybe as a queen?? Something must be up between Hercules and Barabara's character. Brett didn't hire her and Irina for no reason.

Thank you for the news! This year I am looking forward to seeing Lily in the commercial! Commercials are her time to shine so it would not be a good thing at all if she weren't in the Christmas commercial. And yes Barbara should be there! She was just exceptional right off the gate and I think that kind of people are the ones that end up working out the best. It reminds me of Ed telling that he was going to send Adriana home for looking too young but when the camera was on her she just changed.

Oh I wasn't implying that Ed had something against Kate. I just think the whole thing was a little lesson to them. Victoria's Secret isn't the gatekeeper anymore and if they don't watch closely what the public is interested in they are bound to lose some. The whole episode of putting Kate on the back cover of their catalogue after the milk was already on the table proves as much And yes Doutzen is doing fabulously! Just today I was looking at two of her magazines at the store but they aren't American covers.

I cannot imagine Doutzen not being there! She has a perfect soft face that goes very well for the mood they have for these commercials. There always seems to be a close-up shot of her face. I do wish they would go back to having all their Angels for the Holiday commercial. It makes it seem more official and grand. Fashion show pre-party!

I swear if they have Jessica H. come out driving/wearing a double decker bus to open the segment, I'm flipping! I wonder what the opening theme will be. Id imagine Snow Angels would close and British Invasion will be in the middle somewhere.

Yes the 2005 show was perfection! That announcement of a British section didn't get me that excited because I just dread it's going to be a carnival mess of red, white and blue and not even near the level of the exquisite Sexy Russian Babes outfits. I think they would do better if they tried to go back to a more romantic feeling (like their Designer Collection or some of the 2008 outfits such as the pink one for Doutzen) since sexy not ridiculous outfits for all seem to be too hard for them to execute. Yeah, Ed might have just done damage control. I'm sure they would love to have Miranda's press for the show but I'm still not convinced that she will be there.

About past Angels coming back... I'd like to see Karolina Kurkova and Selita Ebanks. Karolina was my favorite model on the runway and I like Selita! Izabel is still there so it feels like Karolina and Selita should be too since they come from the same era Of course I would welcome others back too like Marisa and Rosie but they seem more removed from modelling / VS. Rumours about Gisele were exciting too. Miranda... I dunno if it's that fun to come back when you are not the Angel anymore. Like during the finale sure you can make your way to the Angels but it's not the same.

I'm hoping for a confirmation on Kate too! I don't want any bullshit indoor photoshoot for her like Bar did. I want a proper shoot in an amazing location etc. New Jersey is not the most exotic one but if she is there I won't mind because there might still be another location for body paint. Plus when she talked about Antarctica she mentioned that next time they could go to a place like Miami so it seems like she has had enough of travelling.

How exciting news! I loved The Rock in Fast & Furious! Brett does have Michael Bay vibe but Hollywood is a small town so if she does well on set (and I'm sure she will be pleasant to work with) there will come a time when someone is thinking out loud who should be cast in role X and her name might get mentioned at that point! Her having even a small role can be a huge thing since many work as actors for years and never get to be in movies.
