Cameron Diaz
I think I had posted this before, but I think it went down with the crash. Or anyway ... in case you missed it, The Fashion Spot has a really nice thread featuring comp cards of famous models and actresses. An early comp card for Cameron Diaz is in the thread (I think, a real treat). Over on The Fashion Spot: http://www.thefashionspot.com/forums/showp...amp;postcount=4 jal, you really do have an excellent, surprising, amazing collection.

link to fashion illustrations by David Downton. On his site there is a celebrity gallery with a portrait of Linda, http://www.daviddownton.com/html/portrait07a.htm and other samples of his beautiful illustrations: http://www.daviddownton.com/index.htm Linda Evangelista.net also has a small gallery with art and illustrations, and some really nice things: http://www.levangelista.net/PhotoGallery/t...s.php?album=174

I remind you, though: Last time, when the doors opened on flight JAL718, the magazine hegemony dropped a 250-megabyte Stephanie Seymour BOMB on Bellazon, and Bellazon quickly surrendered. Literally.- Linda Evangelista
Then a little treat for you. This 'mazing photograph is a ... cropped version. THE HORROR! The editorial is The leather forecast from Vogue US October 1994, Nick Knight. On lindaevangelista.net: http://www.levangelista.net/PhotoGallery/t...s.php?album=239 I have spent much time looking for that image, because my guess was 1. It was from the early 90s, so 2. It was not manipulated with a computer, but 3. If it was not done with a computer pass, I just cannot figure out how they did that shot.- Kirsty Hume
New to me was That's really nice. Very simple, but the palette is so good. Sweet.- Kirsty Hume
One cover that I didn't see in that was the September 1995 Mademoiselle, which is one of my favorites, of any model. Possibly you skipped it since it was posted by amber69 (two years ago!), but There was a really nice editorial featuring Kirsty posted over on BWGreyscale: http://bwgreyscale.com/discussion_boards/v...60fe349ede60409 Kirsty also seen on style.com: http://www.style.com/peopleparties/search/...son213?iphoto=0- Valeria Mazza
Video/commercial for a lingerie or stockings company, I think. Car Cu re , I guess is the company. I searched around, couldn't figure it out and gave up. Whatever their name is (or whatever the point of the video is), from YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M7sn_7RTtPM- Karen Mulder
Clips of the 1996 Versace Atelier show, from YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4etaBOYGQJk ***** On Zothike's site, this picture I wonder if anyone knew which designer/show would this be from? ( Zothike's Karen Mulder: http://www.zothike.com/zothike/mulder.htm )- Cindy Crawford
I don't remember who to credit for finding this site (I think it is domitille??? -- sorry!), but one of the links that was lost in the crash was to Scott Marks' EMULSION COMPULSION, http://www.emulsioncompulsion.com/ which is a nice site. The 1984 Sears Catalog with Cindy, and other early work. http://emulsioncompulsion.com/v/cindycrawford/- Valeria Mazza
domitille posted a link to this site previously, but the link was lost in the crash. Scott Marks' EMULSION COMPULSION, which is a great site: http://www.emulsioncompulsion.com/ There is a Valeria Mazza page: http://emulsioncompulsion.com/v/valeriamazza/ with one of her HALSTON ads (gorgeous!): http://emulsioncompulsion.com/v/valeriamaz...ALSTON.jpg.html- Valeria Mazza
The Versace Haute Couture S/S 96 show was brought up in the Karen Mulder thread. If you're not familiar with it, Valeria is in that show, and she's gorgeous in it. I haven't seen a HUGE catalog of Valeria's work, but I think that two of the most popular images for her are from that show: 1. http://www.firstview.com/collection.php?p=...d=338&of=68 2. http://www.firstview.com/collection.php?p=...d=338&of=95 And, also, the entire gallery of the show is at firstVIEW, free: http://www.firstview.com/collection.php?id=338 Highly recommended if you don't already know it.- Karen Mulder
That Versace Haute Couture S/S 96 is one of my favorites. I don't really "get" Haute Couture. I understand that the garments are intricately sewn and all that, but with Haute Couture, I typically just don't "get" the high quality of their artistry, or any of that. I love the looks in that Versace show, though. My only complaint ... Karen doesn't have more exits! Valeria Mazza only gets two exits! Boooo! First View's gallery for the show: http://www.firstview.com/collection.php?p=...;id=338&of=- Karen Mulder

And one gorgeous picture of her! Love it. ***** Bellazon member slacker suggested that some pages that were lost in the crash might be found using Google's cache. See that suggestion here: http://www.bellazon.com/main/topic12161/Si...After_the_Crash Following that tip regarding the Karen Mulder thread, in case anyone else is wondering what might be found: I cannot find any pages in Google’s cache that supersede the September 6 back-up.- Valeria Mazza
Bellazon member slacker suggested that some pages that were lost in the crash might be found using Google's cache. I don’t know. The September 6 back-up contains pages 1 to 4 of what I think was originally 8 pages. Pages 6 of 8, and 8 of 8, I found in Google’s cache. Pages 5 of 8, and 7 of 8, I could not find. I spent more than an hour looking, trying different queries. Those two remaining pages could be in Google’s cache, but I haven’t been able to find them. My guess is, they cannot be found. You ask about finding other pages: What I did was to follow the tip/suggestion about using the Google cache that was posted in the Site and Forum link I gave.- Niki Taylor
I'm not sure how much use this is. Possibly, not too much. Or, at least, I haven't figured out how to make good use of it yet. But, using Google's cache, I have found two (now missing) pages from this thread, pre-crash: Niki Taylor page 6 of 8, and Niki Taylor page 8 of 8. You can see them here: http://72.14.253.104/search?q=cache:MDHtEr...;cd=5&gl=us http://72.14.253.104/search?q=cache:FVg9Hw...;cd=3&gl=us I thought I could go through the HTML code (over 5000 lines per page!), recover (at least some of) what's been lost, and repost it for everybody. But, unfortunately, there is a lot of code to work through, and the HTML links are all broken. The Google cache tip was posted by Bellazon member slacker in the Site and Forum forum. It's a good suggestion: http://www.bellazon.com/main/topic12161/Si...After_the_Crash- Kelly Emberg
Wow, what a great collection! I didn't realize she had that many VOGUE covers. Really excellent. And I love that ULTRA cover! So pretty.- Elaine Irwin
