  20. „Kerry Kenny ObituaryKENNY, KERRY, age 40, of Alpharetta, Georgia formerly of Miami Beach, Fl, passed away on Monday, October 4, 2004. Kerry was a world- renowned model for ten years and appeared in dozens of national and international publications. She also appeared on several television commercials and shows. She was respected as an Olympic level equestrian in the field of Dressage. Kerry was a gourmet chef and loved to cook for her friends and family. Kerry also loved to sing Jazz and would often captivate her audience with her angelic voice. Kerry's kindness was a gift to this world. She opened her heart to both friends and strangers. She will be terribly missed by her children Francesco, Isabella, and Rachel, her mother, Anne, her sister, Anne, and especially by her husband Sam.“ Dan Montano May 9, 2021 Kerry and I grew up in the same neighborhood, attended the same grade school, and were good friends. I remember being fascinated at all the animals at their house on Reynolds Dr. We went to separate high schools but re-connected again in the drama dept at the local community college, and our friendship grew. I remember a night, that somehow a group of us ended up at a bowling alley, seriously overdressed. I think we were denied entrance to a club or something. It was the 80's, MTV had just come out, Madonna ruled, and the girls were working her moves into their bowling style. "Vogue Bowling" was born, and we laughed about it for years. Her career had started to take off by that time, but it was no surprise to me that she remained the kind, loving individual she always was. I was her guest at the Ford Agency Christmas party one year. She never left the dance floor and her star was shining brighter than ever. Another memory I'll cherish. As time went on, we would lose touch for a time. Different cities and time zones. But we would find each other again, and it wasn't unusual for us to talk for hours. Last time I saw her was in Miami around 1999, 2000, and we had lunch before I was boarding a cruise ship. She was as beautiful as always, and beamed when she told me about the club where she had been singing, and all she had been up to. I remember a little girl wandered away from her table and came over to us to tell Kerry that she was pretty, Such a touching little exchange. Well the years progressed and somehow we lost touch again. The contact numbers I had for her didn't work anymore, but I knew she had mine, and I truly believed that someday I'd pick up that phone and she would be there on the other end. Every so often I would try and find her on the internet to no avail. Yesterday, a song came on the radio. A song that her father had written. I remember when we all had to learn it in grade school music class. I thought of her, and searched again. This time, it brought me here, and it is with profound sadness, that I know now that that phone call isn't coming. Rest In Peace Kerry. You were too good for this world. If anyone is reading this, I've attached our class photo from second grade. Please feel free to share it. Kerry is top row third from the left. I am next to her on the right.“ legacy
