Mhmm indeed, but with a shaky economy its been lower home prices across the board. A house that was once in the high 600's is now going in the mid 500's here. Why its the perfect time for us to buy a home. We plan to give a 20% down payment much above the recommended 10%. But still a wait and see game, so much paperwork to do in that respect.
