She is looking and smiling at them/ Now, don't get me wrong, I don't blame her for doing this because she had to use the "good" side of being photographed by morons: publicity. And yes, this how things works in the business when you sign a contract with a photographer. If he is using her pictures this way it's certainly because she signed a contract that says he can use the pictures for publicity, books, calendars, etc. during the next 5/10/etc years and her image do not belong to her anymore/ & If she did not sign this kind of contract, she can sue the photographer. But as the only thing she does is to complain on twitter, I am pretty sure she signed the contract without reading it. The same thing happened to Marilyn Monroe/Madonna/ before they were famous. Now the courtesy would want him to ask her her permission first -especially because she is naked- but I guess the guy doesn't give a damn about what she wants
