Yeah "follow" for me means "someone told them she was at the beach" I just don't understand how she can be pissed by a book of amazing photos of her? She looks marvelous and sexy and the photographer really did a good job capturing her sensuality. Yes he is making money off of her but model agencies/agents/ are making a lot of money off models. Not fair but c'est la vie! ...And then, she is doing her top less show in front of the papz (for our pleasure) but she is not feeling violated in her woman's right? Go figure
Of course I AM SPECULATING about the contract did I say "I know this is what happened?" No. I am also speculating saying : she is more pissed by not touching any money from that book then having her "woman's right to show her nude body whenever she wants" violated. Oh and I so do not care what she should do about the pictures issues. She can keep ranting on Twitter as much as she wants. I thought she was the smartest/intelligent model out there but I guess that was another speculation from me?

She knew the paparazzi were there and she was posing for them/It's obvious on the videos and also on the pictures.Of course it wasn't something she asked: the papz following her, but once she saw them, she started her show and took off her swimsuit top. Look at the video and the pictures again. She is looking and smiling at them/ Now, don't get me wrong, I don't blame her for doing this because she had to use the "good" side of being photographed by morons: publicity. And yes, this how things works in the business when you sign a contract with a photographer. If he is using her pictures this way it's certainly because she signed a contract that says he can use the pictures for publicity, books, calendars, etc. during the next 5/10/etc years and her image do not belong to her anymore/ & If she did not sign this kind of contract, she can sue the photographer. But as the only thing she does is to complain on twitter, I am pretty sure she signed the contract without reading it. The same thing happened to Marilyn Monroe/Madonna/ before they were famous. Now the courtesy would want him to ask her her permission first -especially because she is naked- but I guess the guy doesn't give a damn about what she wants
