ROTY has always come back since 2005 i think, except for Melissa Baker who won in 2008 but did not make it to 2009, so there's a little hope Alexis won't make it but the odds are we're stuck with her I'd love to see both Chase and Raven back, Jasmyn's shoot was also good but her attending the event doesn't necessarily mean she'll be back, IIRC Genevieve was also invited to some events but she wasn't back that same year. I actually wouldn't be shocked if Ashley isn't back, she's got a lot on her plate and she already got everything she could out of SI and SI already has other "diverse" models in the lineup this year so is not like they need her either. Bianca I would definitely rule out

That campaign looks stunning, can't wait to see it! Also, Elsa and Elizabeth need to stop retouching the instagram content, sis looks like an alien in those VF pictures o.o, like she deadass looks like 15lbs smaller on instagram than in actual candids from the event and it is not a good look. I love her to death but she really needs to stop the unnecessary retouching for social media, she looks way way better in the original pictures.

I wouldn't say VS closing 53 stores is as awful as everyone is making it seem, every single major company is closing a lot of stores because honestly, who even goes shopping to stores anymore? It's all about online shopping these days, which is also cheaper from brands because less stores = less employees you have to pay. What truly matters is having a good website, easy to use and good, fast shipping. Is VS doing bad? Yes. However, I don't think the physical stores closing is a major sign of it, heck even Target is also closing stores left and right and I think hell will freeze before Target goes bankrupt

Pretty much. People forget that these campaigns were shot months ago, with the contracts having been signed probably weeks or months before they were shot so I can see both brands Penshoppe and S&S having non-compete contracts, not for VS but swim as a whole and since the angel contracts didn't include swim anymore then the girls can't do VS until their other swim contracts are over, then they may add swim to their VS contracts but probably they'll get to ask VS for more money. The same happened when they launched beauty, Adriana wasn't part of it because she was with Maybelline, she then signed with VS Beauty once her Maybelline contract was over and IIRC this is when Dri started to make a shit ton of money with VS, then VS dropped beauty and Adriana went back to Maybelline becaushe she really is that bitch who has multiple big contracts at once

But Bridget and Vita were never Angels so it's a completely different case, VS didn't contract them and then ask them to lose weight. The fact is Romee and Taylor both gained weight working with VS and neither of them has been dropped by the brand, meaning they didn't care about it. I think people give VS too much shit when it's really just the whole industry that is shit. Also Sophia has said dumb shit for sure, but Monica has never said anything about bigger girls, she ain't stupid like that. Elsa, Behati and Candice had their contracts already before they started to drop weight so it's obvious it wasn't the brand asking them to do it, it's probably their own decision in order to secure more HF jobs.

That was just so so incredibly wrong and sad to see, however it wasn't VS that asked her to lose weight, IIR Candice said VS peeps actually told her she needed to put on some weight back. Everyone needs to understand that it's not just VS asking these women to lose weight, Lais, Josephine and Jasmine haven't dropped a pound, Romee and Taylor actually gained weight after VS. Rosie never lost any weight either, neither did Adriana, Lily or Alessandra. In some cases like Elsa and Candice I think VS gives them popularity and opened doors for them that they couldn't have gotten into without VS, and in order to get those HF gigs they have to drop the weight. It's not just VS asking models to lose weight, especially with their Angels, if they wanted them to be smaller so bad then they wouldn't have contracted them in the first place

I came here ready to find something to hate about her VF look but I can't find anything, I am gagged because I actually love it as far as VS goes, I can't wait for her to leave. Not only the brand is trash, but also VS fans are batshit crazy and I don't need that negativity in my life lol
