I'm 100% sure they get to stay in the places for free or at a very low rate. Due to COVID-19 I'm sure there will be several places desperate for some promotion in SI, so hopefully MJ and her people will make some good choices instead of giving us the same painfully used and abused Caribbean resort. -

I don't even have a problem with them using beaches because like, it's a swimsuit issue so I do understand they need to showcase them in beaches and yadda yadda, my problem is with them going to the same places every year, how many times have they been to Bali? Too many, same with Maldives, the Virgin Islands, the Bahamas and other places, they keep re-using the same locations over and over again and we've seen them all before. There's more beaches and beach towns out there that they could go to: La Guajira, Colombia - A desert area that meets a beautiful beach, also in the area one of Colombia's pink seas and the salines in Manuare and Cabo La Vela Cartagena, Colombia - A beautiful colonial town by the coast Palawan, Phillippines - Gorgeous beaches but also a bit of jungle, best of both worlds Iceland - Literally any beach in Iceland, not only are the beaches gorgeous but you also are like minutes away from glaciers, volcanoes, waterfalls and the most amazing places you could ask for Norway - Again, any beach or fjord in Norway will do the trick, I particularly think Lofoten is the best but the country is full of amazing places, also Northern Lights! Patagonia, Argentina - Good beaches? Check. Mountains? Check. Lakes? Check. Penguins? YES. Overall Patagonia has like a thousand good beaches where they can go, I don't know much about the Chilean side but I'm sure it's also amazing And this is just top of my head, remembering places where I've been or I know my friends have been to. The problem isn't the constant beach shoots, it's the fact that they always go to the same places, there's more to beaches than water and sand but clearly people over at SI don't know that, they go to the most basic places time after time and don't even take the time to explore it, they just go and stay in some resort and that's it. I understand most trips are probably sponsored but they could at least try to get some more interesting sponsors, they're just lazy.

I think calling Erin one of their sexiest Angels is a reach, particularly considering she was an Angel at the same time as Adriana, Alessandra, Rosie and Candice who all had longer, better VS careers and were a lot more prominent than she was, Erin was never going to be top dog within VS and that's a fact, I'm pretty sure they would have let her go around the same time they let Lindsay Ellingson go, she was quickly replaced by girl who now have higher profiles than Erin ever did, she's not one of those girls than once they are gone the brand is missing something big like when Gisele, Heidi, Tyra and Adriana left. Were they assholes? Yes, but the fact is that she had signed a contract saying she had to look a certain way, and the industry had different standards back then, VS girls were not even allowed to drastically change their hair without telling VS first if you are neglecting your job, regardless of the industry you will get shit for it. And still, trash-talking your former employee is never a good idea, never, ever, especially when the said employee was the reason why you be came relevant in the first place. Why would other brands want to associate themselves with a girl who could potentially go talk shit about them in the future? That's a hard pass for most of companies. SI was a whole different ball game, the last year she was with them it was a mess whenever she was doing press which is very unprofessional and again, I don't think that's something you can quite make a comeback from.

Oh yeah she is definitely looking better now than she did before, but she is also just 18 (or 19? idk) so it's normal she's still growing into her body and I'm sure that that as mentioned, being away from work for such a long time has been a good thing for her as well, I think that's the case with most of models. I'm kind of hoping fashion week will be cancelled just so the girls can have a break from it because it is brutal on them. But I don't think Kaia will ever have the va-va-voom body Cindy was known for, that's what I meant, I think if anything she'll be more of the Candice/Elsa type of girl, tall, lean and with a nice shape that if used properly will do wonders for her, which I think it's the case in the Vogue Japan editorial, she looks amazing there and you can tell she really has awareness of how to use her body. Which makes her one of the exception from the nepo girls who just look the same in every single picture

Welcome back hun No one knows, they've been working with a gazillion girls lately and not using the alleged Angels as much I think at this point the only ones I'm 100% sure about are Taylor and Romee and that's because I recall VS wishing them a happy birthday recently

I don't think she has a magnificent body at all, she's just very tall and lean and the difference between her body in candids and photoshoots is abysmal, which does mean tho, that she is just really good at posing and finding good angles for herself. But all in all, she is still as flat as they come. You can't deny that face tho, she's just gorgeous.

Tbh Camille gets a lot of shit here on BZ for not being a "real model" but she looks wayyyy better and more interesting than most of the "real models". At least she can manage more than one facial expression.
