But the thing is Natasha didn't look like she was starving back in 2005-2006, Naomi had a banging body, Carmen Kass was great, everyone looked their absolute best. VS is now literally asking this girls to look like skeletons. VS used to take the best from the HF industry for sure but they all looked good, clearly not the case anymore. VS went from being famous for casting the best bodies in the industry to borderline push these women into sickness. As pointed out, Nadine is also another example. She never booked the show until last year when she was the smallest she's ever been. Now Hannah Ferguson would have 100% made the cut for the show in 2005 but she can't book it now, probably because she is "too big" when in reality she has one of the best bodies in the industry.

I honestly don't follow Bregje so I don't know if she has been struggling with her weight and such, but I wouldn't be surprised. I only noticed about Bridget's story also matching her time with VS today. It's just so bad, I've heard many stories of girls who got asked by VS to drop weight but I never thought it was this bad, especially in Vita's case she looks so gorgeous now and when you look at ther pictures from her VS days it's just cringy, she was all skin and bones This needs to stop, they can't keep fucking with people's lives like this.

So I'm gonna 100% change the topic because I'm noticing a really awful trend with VS. Something we all probably knew but it's become too much recently. We all know Erin Heatherton said VS kept pressuring her to lose weight and she was miserable with the brand, some people (including myself, sadly) gave her a lot of shit for her comments and said she was being a bitch because she got fired. However, a while back Vita shared her own story without mentioning VS. She said she had been pressured to loose weight and was unhealthy as fuck, she didn't mention VS but the pictures she used to reference that time are form her peak days with the brand. She's obviously gained back weight and is looking better than ever but VS hasn't worked with her at all again. And today i realized Bridget Malcom's weight struggles also matches her time frame with VS, her "me at my worst" pictures are all from her peak time with VS She's gained weight back ever since, but she also seems to be done with VS and she didn't get cast for last year's show eithe. We've always knowutn models get pressured to drop lbs but it seems to be truly the worst with VS, they are literally putting women's health in risk We all have seen a lot of Angels drop weight as soon as they sign with the brand (Bee and Elsa probably being the most notorious in recent years) this is just a little too much and it's not okay at all

I agree about Eureka but she's indeed getting a whole lot of screen time so she ain't going nowhere. Based on screen time I think Asia, Aquaria, Eureka, Cracker and Monet will make it far. I hope Yuhua also makes it far, she just cracks me up so bad. On the other side, Blair is barely getting screen time so I can see her leaving pretty fast, same for Mayhem. I'll go to the viewing party on Thursday and let you know how it is and if it's worth a long ride. If it's good my friends and I will make it a weekly thing.

I pretty much agree with everything you said. Especially about Kalorie, I'm still upset she was kept over Vanessa last week! I feel like Vanessa would have killed this week's challenge or at least done a whole lot better than Kalorie. Also yes, Dusty is the trade of the season for me as well. Literally no one is complaining about too much diversity or asking where Martha is because Lais is being overused o.o If anything people are wondering about Martha (and other Angels) because they have been barely working with VS lately and that usually means they are getting the chop, especially this time of the year when VS announces changes in the lineup. Maybe you're the one reading way too much into what other people are saying Now moving on from that. I think it's pretty safe to assume the lineup ain't changing this year, March is over already and there's no announcements either way from people being signed or leaving the brand, so Behati is the one who remains a mystery and god only knows how what will happen with her. I did notice Candice was featured in the Angel stories videos with some old footage, same for Lily and even Adriana, but there's literally one shot of Behati and nothing else so that's odd.

It's not a problem because it has nothing to do with race. It's like complaining because they only had brunettes in the Scandalous campaign. I'm the first one in general to say VS needs more diversity indeed but it feels like the complains are always regarding the blondes yet no one bats an eye when it's three brunettes in a campaign. Would you call it a mistake if the commercial was Cindy, Lais and Jasmine? I bet no, and if someone said "there are 3 black women very similar in a commercial" you would 100% lose your shit and call it racism, even tho that it wouldn't represent the diversity of women in general either. It's not a problem to this because it's one commercial, one of like 10+ commercials VS does every year. It would be a problem if this was happening in most of their commercials which frankly isn't the case.

I think four seasons was too much tho, for me two or three seasons between AS is just about right. S11 will be filming in July, that's confirmed now because Raven had to cancel some gigs so she could do Ru's MUG for S11 and then AS4 is allegedly going to begin filming right after S11. This could 100% be bullshit but Shea apparently is the one who spilled the T about AS4 and she's going to be in it and some of the Werq the world were allegedly asked to do we could be looking at Kim Chi, Laganja and Valentina being there, I just hope they finally bring back Ongina. And if Cracker doesn't win S10 the I hope she does AS4, I just adore her, she's for sure getting my Miss Congeniality vote

It is seasonal tho, if you notice it's always blondes fronting the spring/summer campaigns and then the brunettes get to front the fall/winter campaigns, even back in the 00's and early 10's you'd see more of Karolina and Marisa during spring/summer and then Adriana and Alessandra would take over fall/winter. Christmas catalogs are usually more brunette filled than the summer catalogs or the Siwm catalogs back in the day. I think it's probably because the blondes look better in the pastel and light colors and the brunettes look better in the dark and bright colors.
