Do we know if she made it to callbacks? She's such a stunner

Why is it laughable? Just because a girl became famous thanks to YT or IG it doesn't mean they are not working hard. Last time I checked all you needed to be a "real model" was to be represented by a legit agency, and it seems to me like all the girls at the casting do. Also it's not just VS, it's the whole world that has changed, and if I had a business I would most likely do the same. This Aube chick for example is a nobody who quite frankly, nobody will give a fuck if she walks the show or not other than her friends and family, Sofia Jamora however has 2.2M followers on Instagram and will most likely sell those bras and panties like hot bread. It's a smart choice from VS to cast girls who will reach a bigger audience, especially now that their sales are going down so much. Georgia Gibbs has nearly 600K followers, Charlotte D'Alessio has 600K followers, Danielle Knudson has 370K followers, Josie Canseco has 343K followers, so they are all more likely to make money for VS and attract viewers for the show, and they all work hard, is not like they woke up one day and were famous. This is not like the nepotism crowd who got their careers handed to them and don't know what hard work is (or as Kendull would say whatever the fuck those girls do). These girls still put up with crazy schedules and work their asses off and let's face it, there's a reason why these girls are so much more popular than the average HF girl. VS has been using the same formula for years now and it's clearly not working well. Let's see how it goes this year if they do indeed decide to go for more commercial look this year, but I'm pretty sure it would translate into better ratings and better reviews from people.

Listen, I love Sofia but I know she ain't a great walker and tbh I never even expected her to be invited to the castings and I don't think anyone within her fanbase actually thought she would, the fact alone that she was invited says VS is willing to give her a chance. Same for Valentina, she was never invited to castings before which could have been read as transphobia but she's there this year so again, it means VS is willing to work with her or she wouldn't have been invited at all So for people to read this a she's too big for them or they are transphobic would be quite frankly, flat out dumb. I've said this before, but this is the most diverse casting we've seen in a long long time so to me this reads as VS is going in a different direction this year. @jessicanicole IDK about Dani, but Robin is confirmed to be going straight to callbacks, i think most of the regular ecom girls were asked for callbacks. So i expect Robin, Paige and others to show up monday or tuesday.

I doubt we'll see Ming or Sui going to castings this year, I mentioned this before but they have being doing PR a lot for VS in China, I wouldn't be surprised if they have an Angel-type of contract but limited to China.

Exactly, the ratio is by far more commercial than HF this year. I doubt VS would be calling so many commercial girls if they didn't plan to cast at leas some of them, we know VS' preferred marketing tool now is social media and let's face it, commercial girls tend to have a way bigger following than HF. Also, sales and ratings are lower every year so VS needs a new strategy and maybe this will be it?

I felt the same at first but look at the list, I never in a million years thought girls like Liz Turner, Brooke B, Charlotte D'Alessio, Jess Clements, Danielle Herrington, Nibar or Zaira Gonzalez would even be invited to castings yet they were invited. So hopefully this means VS will take a step in the right direction and go back to casting more mature women again at least for the mainline segments.

Just me or the girls this year are more commercial looking? We've got more girls with curvy bodies, boobs, butts this year than previous years. I'm excited about a lot of these girls we've seen, so hopefully some of then will make it to the show.

I'm noticing a lot of the girls from the castings this year have a fuller body than other years: Elizabeth, Brooke B, Anne de Paula, Lini K, Kelsey, Jess Clements these are girls I never expected to even see at the castings and they all made it. So it could be VS is aiming for something different this year, or at least I'm hoping
