  1. Oh yeah, Emily Deyt-Aysage is the ultimate of ultimate dreamboats. Not a very big admirer of her decision to go brunette though. I so think of her as a ginger beauty it's weird to see her with a different hair color.
  2. Emily Feld or Deyt-Aysage?
  3. Oh no, she married a serial modelizer! Well I hope it still works out for her.
  4. I always forget she is not American but an Aussie and then whenever she talks I am confused for the first few seconds. This might sound strange but she doesn't have a very Australian face. Margot Robbie, Samara Weaving, Sarah Stephens, Georgia Gibbs, ... even Renée Murden all do have more Australian looks.
  5. From what I have read it is mostly Abrams fault. Not having an overarching plot line for three movies, then pulling "Somehow Palpatine is alive" for the third movie.
  6. Lauren Summer has been posting a lot of pro-Palestine content on her socials, is she of Palestinian descent through one of her parents? With the Hadid sisters this is pretty well known but I don't really know much about Lauren's background.
  7. Starfield seems to have come and gone without leaving as big a mark as their single player Fallout games did.
  8. Do you have a link to that one? Don't think I saw it.
  9. Her legs are so amazing.
  10. @Cult Icon Adélina Blanc, Miss Provence, who just became second runner up in Miss France: https://www.instagram.com/adelinablanc_/ I think she might be the type of model you'd like?
  11. Baldur's Gate III wins GOTY. I won't argue with that since it's the game I have played the most this year.
  12. Her figure always stands out in those OhPolly shoots.
  13. Vice City is still my favorite. After that, I still played San Andreas, but never finished it. And I briefly played GTA IV but gave up on it much earlier than even San Andreas.
  14. Yeah and also because she already seemed uncomfortable with some aspects of her more modest fame. Like complaining about some comments she got online and on her socials. That won't get better if she becomes much more well known as a footballer's girlfriend!
  15. That's a good shout but I don't think it's her I'm thinking of. But definitely some similarities there.
  16. Any Anna Zak fans? She reminds me of someone, not sure if it's a model or an actress, have been trying to figure out who but so far I haven't figured it out.
  17. Nicola is going the WAG route? Didn't see that coming!
  18. Didn't we have these discussions about Candice way back in the day? Her face changed too from her first VSFS appearance to a few years later. The reality is that most young people (not just women) lose buccal fat when they age from their teens to their mid twenties. So a lot of complaints about changing faces are just that. Compare Margot Robbie at 18 to her at 25 for a good example of this: Or an older example would be Jennifer Connelly (pictures from Career Opportunities and A Beautiful Mind respectively)
  19. I think blockbusters have declined outside of any ideology. They just look shit compared to ten, twenty, even thirty years ago. Part of that is the loss of some older movie techniques that honestly looked better than CGI. Part of it is the "we will fix it in post" trend in which they don't properly get something in camera, decide to fix it in post only then don't do a proper job at that. So that's how you end up with truly shit shots making it into the finished movie (or TV show). It's embarrassing.
  20. I like the lead! At least in the other stuff I have seen her in like Yellowjackets and Army of the Dead. And I love Walton Goggins and he is an inspired casting as a ghoul (I guess he will be some variation on Hancock from Fallout 4). I do think it's clear from the props and visual style at least that Nolan & co like the games and are well-versed in them. I hope this also extends to the writing.
  21. There was lots of CGI in Fury Road too but it looked better. I think the problem might not be Miller but just CGI crunch. These companies are overworked and have to deliver in ever shorter deadlines. Hence why CGI actually looks worse now than it did a decade ago. I cannot even begin the enumerate the amount of truly horrendous shots I have seen make the theatrical cut of big Marvel and DC blockbusters. It's a bit loony that things have regressed this much. Speaking specifically about Furiosa, I like Anya Taylor-Joy a lot as an actress but I don't think she works that well as young Furiosa. I think the biggest problem is that Charlize Theron caries herself in such a specific way - across all of her roles as well - and because of that I don't really buy Anya as the young version of Furiosa.
  22. The trailer looks great but I will reserve judgement until after I have seen a few episodes. The most important thing about Fallout as a game franchise is that tone. Funny, tongue in cheek but with still room for moments of real emotional impact. You can't go too far in either direction or it won't work.
  23. Kind of miss Mella's longer hairstyle.
