So I'm liable to vote for Jack Black over a technically better looking actor, even though I would vote for Leo Dicaprio who ironically is considered to look better over Jack, because he's quite good . I ironically never knew Angie Everhart used to be a model until I came to Bellazon . But of course Theron, I'm sure whatever you decide will be great, but I want to also say one thing that's unique about an actress comp in general is there's a difference between a model known for being hot and an actress known for being hot, since models are expected to be hot and with actresses its more like 'cool, she's an actress and she's hot' even though actresses (and singers) are starting to more and more where they are for their looks just the same, but you know ...Its still a different kind of thing I guess. Almost like hearing a great singer in a regular job vs. on the radio.

The way I see it about 5 people nominated and 3 nominated a lot, so I'm not going to inconvenience them by restructuring the whole game in Round 9 . Plus as Pheno said, not everyone has enough candids and some unknowns in particular have virtually none, let alone showing body enough to judge. But at the same time, pics that stand out to me as really stretching it in particular I'll inquire about and suggest replacements. In fashion I'm noticing butts are really photoshopped now too. Women that have almost flat booty in the photoshoot video are sometimes 3x bigger and rounder butts in the actual pics, lol *witholds the picture evidence since they haven't been up yet*. So I'd definitely suggest replacements for those, but no major overhaul in general though .

The main reason I was persuadable to go down to 4 is initially it was 5 at a time and too many would have taken up so much space that the average person might subconsciously not weigh each equally, but I changed it to 1 at a time at the last minute when Pheno showed me that mathmatically the original format would take over 2 years and since not many nominated anyway, I figured more pics would make them doubly not nominate. But the biggest problem with me with editorials and photoshoots of the 21st century/00s is photoshop. Women with no hips have hourglass figures, women with pooches have flat stomachs, they make legs longer, arms tighter and everything inbetween. When you see the untouched next to the touched its almost scary what goes on now. :| Sure it would be ideal, but at the time I figured I wouldn't be able to get on to put up the next round otherwise (and it turned out to be so) and I promised a new round for every 24 hours initially and averaged 20 per 24 hours before the last round and after averaging 13 per 2 days and 12 per 1 day in the commercial comp didn't want to run the risk of losing voters now that I have 20 . Although of course due to the bandwidth issues it set me back anyway . Great point. In the context of judgeing them on a specialized scale for their peers, 0.1-1 makes sense because if they are a model or eye candy based celeb its a different scale from a regular person . I think the confusion is when someone looks at that scale and assumes its an all inclusive scale and are like "if a swimsuit model is a 0.3 what is Rosie Odonnel? But if they know its a separate scale they won't ask that. As for myself on the other hand, my scale is a mix of the two. For my scale, a 3-5 for a model or celeb is the exact same standard for 'regular' people, because the top tier everyday women I've seen are on the same level with famous women to me. Whereas on the other hand, average for a model or a celeb known for their looks is better than the standard of average for an everyday woman and the average woman would probably want to have. So yeah, lets enjoy . Great clips . Although I feel inner turmoil as a part of me is touched that you think I can do that and another part wonders if you actually knew how awful I was at video games would you regret you knew me . Welcome . And, ironically, she's the thickest that's been so far , which means, could you vote in the previous rounds too if you don't mind . Because if the lowest scorers just hit and quit it gives the others unfair advantage .

I agree with the no model sentiment. I mean, in theory there's a lot of models with albums that could classify for the musicians and there are a lot of models that could qualify as actresses by the standard of some of these. There's probably some up and coming or lesser known actresses that could probably have their spots. Now of course I'm not saying get rid of someone who has officially retired from modeling and is known as a full time actress because in that case we'd have to probably get rid of Charlize Theron (though yes obviously light years ahead of the talents of those mentioned in this discussion, just an example). But there are tons of models who have been in a movie or two who probably don't even think of themselves as actresses. But either way it should still be interresting as always of course .

I guess the blame can't be on the models themselves, but I'm tired of VSs recent gimmicks . "Blonde Ambition" "Calling the Bombshells" all kindof lame and annoying to me .

4 Votes Needed. Not sure whether I'll be here to put up the next so I'd rather just put it up now and give the scores together I guess ... You may have noticed that there was a little talk from UK, Prettyphile, Phenobarbie and myself over what the limit score is. But as to scores, this brings me to the final thought and or the summary of this round . Final Thought David Hasselhoff (known also as the Hoff) to my surprise and to the surprise of many was the first one booted from "Dancing With the Stars" on Tuesday night. He didn't have the lowest scores (not even in the bottom 3 of lowest scores) and wasn't the worst, but just like that his run for that shimmering trophy is over. Dancing with the Stars being one of the highest rated shows in the world and the Hoff also being one of the most popular and famous television actors in the world and probably the most famous in the group on a universal scale. He's been on several popular shows over the last thirty years such as The Young and the Restless, Baywatch and Nightrider and most recently of course a short stint on another reality titan America's Got Talent and is also a big recording artist in Germany. So how is it on a show with some girl from the Laguna Beach or something, some guy from Jersey Shore that refers to himself in the third person and Sarah Palin's daughter the Hoff is the first to go? Sure he's had some rough spots in there, but no one's perfect and he seems to have moved on and his daughters love him as they showed by giving their support in the front row of the audience, saying that they were the ones that convinced him to come and that they were proud of him for doing so well on those old knees. But maybe its just a reminder that you just can't win em' all I guess. There are athletes in every sport that never win the coveted title of their sport (whether it be World Cup, Super Bowl, World Series, Championship or what have you). But the difference is in sports you have fans, yes, but you win by the merit of the team's effort. Dancing With the Stars is a team effort of course (you and your instructor are a team and you work hard together to achieve the same goal), but you win by popularity or vote instead, so in theory someone of a lower calibre has a greater chance than they would in sports of course. But that's what its all about, an alternate world where what the average person wants supercedes all else and there's nothint wrong with that as its why the show and shows like it are so popular. But either way, I thik the Hoff is a great guy and will be just fine. He's still living his dream as a recording star in Germany, he has two daughters that love him, his shows are doing well in syndication and there are plenty reality shows in the sea, keep your head of Hoff, keep your head up, you're a winner to me and that is my final thought . ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Round 9

Sure some down here in certain parts take keeping it all in the family a little too literally 'like dey did in dem royal days', but I hope its photoshop .

1-5 was moreso to distinguish from 1-10, I didn't put 0-5 because I assumed no one was nominating Jabba the Hut, but if some feel the need for sub 1, even though I don't see a need for less than 1-1.5 myself, I won't stand in the way . Though as I said, my spreadsheet automatically rounds it up anyway (and happens so quickly I don't even notice it unless its like 3.5 to 4 ect.) so unless said woman getting a .5 has a seious beer belly I'm likely to let the spreadsheet have its way anyway, lol.

As to the pics, I did my best in the confines of finding lesser known pics, but....I guess I piss in the ocean or blow in the wind, it goes down for good, all I can do is live with it I guess . As to the scores, ironically my spreadsheet automatically rounds all point somethings. Sure I could maybe expand the column to fix that but too lazy I guess . Final Thought In the last few years we've seen a resurgence of the vampire. Twilight has become one of the top film franchises of all time and we are also seeing a big presence in television as well in the form of True Blood, Vampire Diaries ect. as well as the paranormal romance genre genre selling more and more. I guess its more than safe to say that vampires are back and seem to be appealing to people of all ages and countries. But this leaves me with one lingering question. That question being, what about the zombie? Sure there's a zombie something here and there, but not like the vampire. Maybe zombies will never be as popular as vampires, but we have ask ourselves why that is. Or maybe we don't. But what it all seems to boil down to is sexuality. Vampires try to lure you in with their sexuality and sensuality (not the nosferatu of course, now that's a bad boy, I can't hate) whereas with zombies, they just are what they are. They don't appeal to the senses, they don't try to lure you in with charm or an appealing voice, they want brains and blood and that's it. Not your hand in marriage, not inner conflicts and compromises, just protect your brains because I'm hungry and I want them. Maybe this is a world of compromise and you have to make compromises or in some cases are encouraged or expected to use your sexuality the way vampires do to get ahead, or at least that's what society wants you to think, what vampires want you to think. But while the vampire uses their sexuality to get ahead in life, zombies are content to make it by the sweat of their brow and maintain their integrity at all costs. Now of course the vampire isn't the equivalent of someone who has sensuality only. They technically have more power than the zombie probably. They have super stregnth, can fly, live longer assuming they stay out of the sun and some can even turn into bats, but the thing is they want to be loved as well, which isn't a crime I guess since most of us want the same thing the the zombie doesn't screw around, he/she just says straight up, 'I'm a monster, not a soap star, I'm a monster and I want brains and I want blood and if I have to use my sexuality to make you accept me, well here's what I have to say to your acceptance and mainstream appeal, do not want, but do want brains thank you very much.' What's interresting to me is while all this is going on, celebrities only become more and more empowered to usurp model's position more and more. The mainstream market isn't going to accept every random whim trend that strikes the fancy of the industry, all the while (especially as looks become more and more the primary priority for women in music, tv and movies) celebs are only empowered to infringe on model territory more and more every year. We've already seen it with Vogue covers and cosmetics commercials and you always hear people making these excuses like, "models are losing it because its so hard to be a model now" lol. Their losing their place because the industry doesn't care what the public thinks and the film, tv and music industry do and as the industry trends allienate the mainstream, those industries believe in suply and demand . We're seing more celebs in SI swimsuit and more actress/singer cosmetics and fragrance commercials than ever, pretty soon there may be actresses in VSFS . But it all boils down to weird trends = scare marketers = more modeling opportunities for celebs = money the industry could have had.
