hey nefertiti... theres a site you might want to visit. korravai turned me onto it. its called 'resize images online' so you take a pic.. and put down the size you want it to be, and the site resizes it for you, with no blurries :)

anyways...ive had great success resizing gifs and making gifs from youtue vids that were less than 1 minute in length. when you try to pick and choose the time frames you want to appear from a youtube vid... ive found it doesnt work very well :(
