i'm glad you've been studying..ALWAYS good to hear (esp since i'm a teacher lol)....no, unfortunately nothing new on him in a while.....i will be leaving for london on the 6th of June to visit his pet boutique the mutz nutz...i cant wait..... if i find anything new before i leave i'll surely post it here!! One thing just came into my mind: What if one of my teachers is a crazy model internet freak like you?! In every photoshoot they tell her to stop posing in this fake way (like sucking her cheeks in) and she just doesn't. I can't stand her. Fatima should win Anya and Katarzyna are okay. But Nigel was right - you can't understand her in English nor in Italian. 'My first step in Italy - and I blew it!' What was Domenique doing in her commercial?! I just couldn't stop laughing anymore.

diets work all the time, if you keep them right. no eating = weight loss no matter wha* If you wanna loose weight, see your BMR then create a deficit of 30% in it & all you need to do after is count your calories, you can eat whatever you want as long as it stands in that caloric limit. + as some person above said drink lots of water, it keep your body runnin'. I think the only problem is that you at some point will stop doing the diet and then the body puts on weight again. You need to find a way of eating healthy and doing sport that you can keep doing for a long time. Diets work - but in my opinion only as a short term solution.
