Interesting review from a Washington Post columnist, one of those who wanted VS to go into the inclusion direction: https://www.washingtonpost.com/style/fashion/2023/09/26/victorias-secret-fashion-show-world-tour-film-jennyfax/ If that all sounds a bit vague and unfocused, that’s because it is. The film is part extended fashion show-as-music video, part gonzo experimental documentary, part cringingly unfunny Gigi Hadid voice-over open-mic hour. And perhaps more critically, the abandonment of every last vestige of the old format muddles the message about how exactly the brand has changed its philosophy; one wonders watching “The Tour” if Victoria’s Secret thought the joyful, cartoonish sex appeal itself was more of a problem than the insistence that only a select few types and sizes of people are sexy. (To its credit, “The Tour” does feature a much more diverse array of models.) She liked the end, where they were wearing mashups of past VS undergarments like a quilt, but that was it. Overall, I would agree with the assessment though, they can never go full inclusion like Aerie, Venus, AdoreMe, etc. but they feel the need to appeal to more body types of women. I don't think this will happen next year. -

She is from the Fort Lauderdale area, before she was a model she was doing the Hooters calendar (and one of the few that made that transition from that to the catwalk). VS UK has been doing cool things with Abbey Clancy, but that brand is owned by Next UK, which does less boring stuff on their e-commerce web site.

I think everyone has gone the e-commerce route of white wall focusing on the product, with some poses for Instagram and/or web site framing (not product specific pages). The only one that still has more interesting poses for e-commerce is Venus.

Trying to be everything for everyone and becoming nothing for anyone instead. When Hooters, Pirelli, etc. do it they don't make any pretenses what they are doing, maybe some "women empowerment" ones but not on body type.

Rafaella Consentino Incidentally, VS has made a division between those who model for socials and web site features and those who do the white wall e-commerce. This has gone in concert with the VS pictures becoming more boring after 2019, just a model staring with a white background rather than them doing something interesting or posing something unique. So Paloma and Rafaella are "fun" models and don't do the white wall. Valentina, Grace Elizabeth, and a few others do both but it's hard to say the last time I saw Abbey Ries or Rocio Crusset break the white wall.

Ironically her next movie is playing a killer female robot, which works with how fake looking she is. They will have to edit out the tattoos in post though.

The file date on these were from 2003 and came from Usenet. Pictures taken in the early 2000's. The file start was "jde" and they might have been sold by Leg Avenue, Shirley of Hollywood, Dreamgirl, or those type of lingerie companies. The one with dark hair I want to say is Melania Knauss (Trump), who is the platinum blond and the brunette? Thank you! Nudity

Going through my archive and these sure look like her modeling some racy lingerie. Dates of the files are 2003 so I would guess taken in the early 2000s. The thing that gives me pause are the shape of her tits, which are obviously enhanced and seem a little different from the GQ shoot around the same time. The other models who participated in this shoot have similar unrealistic breast jobs. The file names start with “JDE” if that helps identify the manufacturer.
