  1. On Chrome, right click, click "inspect", network (may need to press reload), find the URL that starts with https://api.victoriassecret.com/products/v28/page/ and open that file and search for "modelInformation".
  2. Alicia Olivas https://www.instagram.com/alicia_olivasl https://www.naturalmodelsla.com/portfolios/alicia-olivas/digitals Remember, when VS identifies the first name of a model, you can view source and find the last name and their full measurements.
  3. I think the lingerie is fundamentally the same, it's just the photography for a paper catalogue is much different than a white wall for e-commerce. They used to use the same photos for the catalogue as for the web but when they discontinued the catalogue they went to the white wall. Venus will sometimes stick fake beach backgrounds to provide some variety, but the focus is really on selling the product and sometimes putting the model in a seductive pose may distract or backfire on the target audience.
  4. I have a gigantic collection of downloads from the era when the pictures were on 380 x 512 to the present, so spanning decades. I'm looking for the best way to present them and sort them, as some of the pictures were sorted when Nodescans had done it, while the others are unsorted. There are archival issues though, since sometimes the file names don't change but the model they use to show off the clothing changes, there's different croppings used, etc. The current system identifies models at times but the identification is sometimes inaccurate or doesn't change when the model used in the photo changed. (I have a script that lets me pull off the photos from the web site periodically.) The other issue is that AI identification and grouping of photos is still not there yet, although I need to try the paid version of Photoshop which supposedly does wonders in organization.

  6. She has a "Made in Hungary" tattoo on her arm. I know I've seen her before but can't put a name. Thanks!
  7. Reverse search shows 3 as Sofija Milosevic, but I'm not 100% sure.
  8. To me that actually looks more like Andrea Cronberg.

  10. Interesting review from a Washington Post columnist, one of those who wanted VS to go into the inclusion direction: https://www.washingtonpost.com/style/fashion/2023/09/26/victorias-secret-fashion-show-world-tour-film-jennyfax/ If that all sounds a bit vague and unfocused, that’s because it is. The film is part extended fashion show-as-music video, part gonzo experimental documentary, part cringingly unfunny Gigi Hadid voice-over open-mic hour. And perhaps more critically, the abandonment of every last vestige of the old format muddles the message about how exactly the brand has changed its philosophy; one wonders watching “The Tour” if Victoria’s Secret thought the joyful, cartoonish sex appeal itself was more of a problem than the insistence that only a select few types and sizes of people are sexy. (To its credit, “The Tour” does feature a much more diverse array of models.) She liked the end, where they were wearing mashups of past VS undergarments like a quilt, but that was it. Overall, I would agree with the assessment though, they can never go full inclusion like Aerie, Venus, AdoreMe, etc. but they feel the need to appeal to more body types of women. I don't think this will happen next year.
  11. She is from the Fort Lauderdale area, before she was a model she was doing the Hooters calendar (and one of the few that made that transition from that to the catwalk). Here are some articles, from when she won Miss Hooters International 2019. https://www.sun-sentinel.com/2019/06/21/south-floridas-briana-smith-future-mortician-wins-2019-miss-hooters-international-pageant/ https://www.foxnews.com/entertainment/hooters-calendar-girl-mortician-briana-smith Here are some photos from her time with Hooters:
  12. VS UK has been doing cool things with Abbey Clancy, but that brand is owned by Next UK, which does less boring stuff on their e-commerce web site.
  13. I think everyone has gone the e-commerce route of white wall focusing on the product, with some poses for Instagram and/or web site framing (not product specific pages). The only one that still has more interesting poses for e-commerce is Venus.
  14. Trying to be everything for everyone and becoming nothing for anyone instead. When Hooters, Pirelli, etc. do it they don't make any pretenses what they are doing, maybe some "women empowerment" ones but not on body type.
  15. Rafaella Consentino Incidentally, VS has made a division between those who model for socials and web site features and those who do the white wall e-commerce. This has gone in concert with the VS pictures becoming more boring after 2019, just a model staring with a white background rather than them doing something interesting or posing something unique. So Paloma and Rafaella are "fun" models and don't do the white wall. Valentina, Grace Elizabeth, and a few others do both but it's hard to say the last time I saw Abbey Ries or Rocio Crusset break the white wall.
