I'll take it that somebody has been to www.ibelieveinharveydenttoo.com. By the way, they changed that website now. It says page not found but there is hidden text all over the place. Nothing very special though. You can't really judge a character based on how they look. Daredevil pretty much got the look right and that movie was a mixed bag in my opinion. But I'm looking forward to seeing the trailer come December

Whew. Here we go. A polaroid that her mother gave the police: The team doing "research": The scene where she flees the cops: Getting questioned: Don't mess with Mini: Mini's going to prison: Two transitional segments:

Shark - Season One - Episode 19 - Porn Free Apparently she was in Shark this season. I'm not a huge James Woods fan (except for that time he was on Family Guy) so I had no idea she was on that show. So I downloaded it and the show isn't that bad. Here's the skinny: Mini plays a model-that-can't-make-it-turned-porn-star. Yeah, I know, porn star? Anyway, this one guy who runs some type of shelter ends up killing the porn producer that sort of controls her. The guy is paying the producer off so that he won't give Mini any work. So the shelter guy ends up on trial. Everybody loves him because he killed a porn producer. So the investigators find out that the shelter guy is giving money to the producer. They were thinking that there was some insidious business venture going down. So they want to find out which girls stayed at the sheter so they can piece together if they have been showing up in porn movies. They identify three girls who have mysteriously dropped out of sight. Except for one. Enter: Mini Anden. She gets arrested trying to flee the cops. She lies about where she's been and is sent to holding. The shelting guy takes the stand in trial the next day and confesses everything. Why? He's covering for Mini. He hasn't been in a business venture. He's paying off the producer to protect Mini. Shark's team figures this out and moves for a mistrial due to jury tampering and one of his assistants takes the rap for the cause. No one wants an innocent man in prison. Shark then gets the confession from the shelter guy. The shelter guy went to kill the producer. The producer wanted more money than he had. So the porn guy tells Mini about the payoff to keep her out of work. She is amazed that the shelter guy loves her this much and gets him to put the gun down. The porn producer then threatens legal action for tresspassing and for assault with a weapon. He says that he's going to send him to jail. Mini shoots him. The end. For the most part. Mini's not a great actress but she ain't terrible. I was suprised that her character had so much screen time. She's pretty on the eyes and she can exude strength and also vulnerability in the same scene. I felt bad for her character. But that's most likely because I'm biased. I know that people don't like to read huge chunks of text so you'll be happy to know that I have screencaps and all her scenes posted on Rapidshare. Hope .wmv is okay with everyone. It's too much of a hassle to convert formats. This stuff has taken too long anyway. Her first scene. Busted by the cops. Quick! Throw your groceries at them. http://rapidshare.com/files/33417398/Shark...sted__16to9.wmv Her second scene. This is how it all went down. http://rapidshare.com/files/33417877/Shark...limax_16to9.wmv Her third scene. In holding. She looks so sad here. http://rapidshare.com/files/33418408/Shark...ssion_16to9.wmv I've never posted on Rapidshare. Hope it works. Screen caps to come.

Thanks for the advice. I should get around to that in a little bit.

Too bad there was no announcement or anything. That sucks. Thanks for all the compliments. This is starting to feel like a 'boost my self-esteem' topic. On to other things... I am a wallpaper making machine.

Hey, I'm working on this animation with ImageReady or rather I'm done with it, but the file size is too large for me to make it my avatar. Do I need to reduce the number of frames in my animation? Or is there another was to reduce the quality? I'll post what I have thus far if it helps.

I understand the gripe that you have. But I mean maybe us Miranda fans can go on Daria's page and light that topic up with why we like Miranda better. <-Sarcasm. It just seems from what I've seen that there are always people that post in a random model's thread and try to ignite some sort of reaction for nothing other than the sake of it being the internet. I plan to keep posting here and it's not like asking that question is going to make the posts dry up either.

Bands/Artists no one knows except you! (at least that's how you feel)

Let's see: Check marks for A Perfect Circle, Aiden, Bullet for my Valentine, Coheed and Cambria, Dropping Daylight, Eighteen Visions, Flyleaf, All that Remains and As I Lay Dying. That Flyleaf CD has been growing on me and I missed Bullet for my Valentine in concert a few weeks ago but I was there for Chevelle. Let's add another one to the list then: The Dreaming. They haven't exactly had a wide release yet but they have been together for four years and they've had a few EPs out that I've been listening to. Chris Hall of the late Stabbing Westward is on vocals. I doubt anyone has heard of The Dreaming. -
And to keep in tradition of things, a brand spankin' new wallpaper. All in a day's work. As you can see the proportions between the nose and the lips are off, the eyes are off too, and the right jaw is a little too pronounced... I'm still happy with it but I might have to make another. An improvement hopefully. Not of the same picture though. If anyone actually cares about what I'm doing they can even suggest a picture. But if that doesn't happen I'll still end up doing it anyway.

I wasn't very satisfied with that one sketch I made so I made a better one. I was definitely more detailed but if I want it to look really good I need to break out the charcoal. I'm not really into the charcoal experience. Anyway, being the perfectionist that I am, I still don't like the new picture but it is an improvement nonetheless. So the original: And my sketch: The best part none of that damn text on the bottom of the picture. Nice.

Episode: Folsom Prison Blues I'm catching up on some old episodes. Man, Dean's character is awesome. Dean has been arrested and is getting his mug shot taken and does the Zoolander Blue Steel imitation. Great stuff.

Judging from the posting date of this video, this is old news. But I just learned about it a few weeks ago and it is hilarious. I really don't know how these people could be serious about this. I almost think they are screwing with the media. But there are some great lines in this clip. And you have to love the amateur sketch. Without further ado...

I'm fairly certain that no one posted her entourage premiere photos. Here's some low quality pics: And one of higher quality:

I knew that I wanted to do a riff on a wanted poster and here's what I did. I'm not sure if I like the scale between the poster and the doors but life goes on.

Hey I made this wallpaper and I like it but it's really cheesy. Haha, can you imagine a Miranda comicbook? I mean I'd read it. Hell, I'd draw it. I have some others on the way as well.

Who do you think they'll cast for VSFS 2007?
Hyperion replied to ninanina19's topic in Misc. Topics & Discussions
It's never who you think they will, it's who you want but there's nothing wrong with that. I would like to see Caroline Fransischini and Jarah Mariano. They both have had some great pics for VS recently. But whether they make the cut is not in my hands. You know VS should have some campaign that lets fans vote for the last model to make the cut. That would be sweet. It would be sort of like the MLB All-Star game procedure. Yes, this must happen. But as usual I'll take whoever we get. -
There's definetely some inside joke that went way over my head, but I digress...

http://www.bellazon.com/main/index.php?s=&...st&p=690300 I guess that's what I get for being lazy. Maybe I can find something more obscure. I really don't think I can search all those pages to see what's been posted. Hmm... Haha, this movie was so terrible. And it was a Marvel movie too but I don't think that will help. I pray to God that no one has seen this movie.

My direction for the show with what I wanted to happen: Sylar should have destroyed NYC. Check. Hiro would have transported the Heroes away. Check. Then the Heroes would be blamed for all the death and destruction. The government would hunt them a la Prison Break. Corny as it sounds they would solve a mystery here or there an elude the authorities with their powers. They could split up but they would have a reason to stay together as a group. Introduce something from Claire's father's past -- the whole DNA manipulation of the Heroes or something along those lines. In season two they get to discover what happened to them.

That definitely sums up my feelings. What was the point of saving the cheerleader anyways? She didn't do anything of consequence did she. Note: If you are going to excessively over promote something like "Save the cheerleader. Save the world" then let it pay off. They said something like 'we saved you so that we could save the world which felt like a cop-out to me. I mean she could have shot him - right? Wouldn't he have come back to life? For some reason I would reserve hope for Nathan Petrelli coming back to life. If there's one thing about comic books, it's that if something occurs off panel then anything could happen. He could have easily have done the whole Superman routine and be blasted out of harms way. Or maybe their powers can't affect each other because they are brothers. Or maybe he has a power we don't know about. I really think that Nathan's character is one of the most well rounded on the show. He has an inner conflict of rather he is good or evil which is more gray that the black and white Nikki dilemma. Sylar got away!!? I guess he can't really die so easily because they wasted time with the whole power absorbing scenario. I liked the fact of the 'us' versus 'him' direction for season one, but I hope we have to wait a long time until we see his face again. Create some new bad guy please. I think they will. And then both villains will team up (rolls eyes -- hey, it did happen in Spider-man 3). One other thought: I wonder what the deal with Linderman was. I'm suprised they killed him without replicating his powers. He probably had the strongest powers on the show next to Claire. Perhaps they were good not to siphon off his powers. Another thing that comics do way too much is kill characters and resurrect them. If someone was curing people all over the place, it would just give the writers another deux ex machina in their arsenal.

Well the number one case obviously would refute Juliet. I can't remember anything about 2 or 3 but it must have been there. It has to be someone who has no friends and who would elicit such a strong reaction from Jack. In retrospect, I suppose most characters don't have many anchors or ties left to the real world. Kate, Sawyer, and Locke all seem like people that could have empty funerals. Desmond would have that one British woman there for him. Claire would have her child there. Jin would have his wife there and vice-versa. Something inside of me wants to think that it would be Ben's death that would really screw with Jack's head. Ben seems to have that effect on people. I mean we all know he has no ties to the real world and we know that the show isn't going to make him go out like a wimp. BTW, I just don't see Jack going crazy on pills over Sawyer. Kate probably would have shown up for him. So my choices would be either Locke or Ben. Just a shot in the dark

<SPOILERS> I don't mind the whole revelation at the end, although I don't really think that it was what the writers had planned in the beginning. I'm definitely tired of the whole flashback format as it was interesting when it started but it has recently just felt forced. Even though the whole future angle was pretty forced too, I think that it would be interesting next season if we see flashes into the future instead of in the past for each character. That would be pretty daring. The funniest part of the finale: Jack's fake beard. That thing was so fake. Was the beard really necessary? The beard reminded me of something that they would have worn in the SNL skit where Will Ferrel is talking about his luvah and stuff. I just couldn't take his scenes seriously with that thing. The best and worst part of the finale: Charlie's death. I thought Charlie went out in a great way. The character of Desmond has grown on me and I'm happy with Charlie sacrificing himself to save Desmond. BUT (and obviously a huge but, it's capitalized) Charlie didn't have to die. He could have just shut the other side of the door. That's my first scenario which would have been simple. His second option would have been to swim out the hole where the water flowed in from. I obviously have no experience with underwater stations and grenades underwater, but that grenade should have blowed a bigger hole in that rusty hull and Charlie should have been able to wait until the room was close to full and swim out. I could see a case made for the incoming water pressure being too strong but I still like my theory. I think the writers were determined to kill his character becuase there were ways out of it. More questions (which is just what we need): Locke isn't dead because Walt is apparently Jesus, Locke's odd behavior during his whole confrontation with Jack at the end was so random -- 'I'm going to kill you, don't do this, I'm leaving now', Is there another group of people who want to get something out of the island?, How do you kill the Russian guy with the eyepatch?, What's the deal with Desmond's wife?, How can Jin not be able to shoot some sticks of dynamite but then shoot two of the others? I'm sure there were things that I forgot but this show is like some exponential mathematical sequence. I heard that they have been renewed for two seasons. Given the fact of how slow they like to reveal mysteries and always raise more questions in doing so leads me to believe that if they don't start trying to answer things soon the audience will never feel any sense of resolution and be left with a bad taste. My $.02, Stephen

Well I never saw Brick or the Illusionist which might have taken the top spot. I'll go with the Inside Man edging the Prestige.

I guess this topic has gotten stale, but I'll try to put some life into it. This happens to be one of my favorite movies....

Almost gave the name of the movie away by the picture name, so disregard this post
