• LOUIS CHANDLER 🇬🇧 The half way point 🔥 and I couldn’t be more proud of @sarasampaio for staying consistent and showing up even on days you really don’t feel like it, and believe me I know when you don’t feel like it 😅 The goal was to drop body fat and tone up by gaining some lean muscle in key areas, we follow a 4 day split training routine ( 1 Pilates ) and stick to a daily nutrition guide that has a calorie limit and macro split to ensure she’s getting enough protein and not over consuming. It’s one thing having a plan, it’s another thing sticking to it, which takes discipline, not everyday is perfect but I promise you if you stay the course you can achieve your fitness goals ✨
