Recently watched the documentary The Nomi Song releaed by Palm Pictures and Universal. The documetnary was amazing! It was about teh musician Klaus Nomi who was the 1st artist to die of AIDS in '83. I've always been into Synth-pop music since my early teen yrs in the 80s, and I would always here about the German Opera genius who performed songs like Cold Song! I was so happy to find this documentary and learn a bit more about the man who brought New wave/ Synth-pop to the market of music! The Nomi Song - http://www.thenomisong.com

Introduction to SOME of the years movies coming out that might interest you. Yes, I'm reallllly this bored. April April 15th The Amityville Horror On November 14, 1974, police received a frantic phone call that led them to a grisly crime scene at the Defeo residence in Amityville, Long Island – an entire family had been slaughtered in their beds. In the days that followed, Ronald Defeo confessed to methodically shooting his parents and four siblings while they slept. He claimed "voices" in the house drove him to commit the murders. One year later, George and Kathy Lutz and their children moved into the house thinking it would be their dream home. But shortly after sett…

Just watched Bruce Willis' The Jackal. Old movie. Anyway, there was this scene where Bruce wearing gloves, sprays a can of "something" onto a car door handle. Moments later, a guy walks past the car, thinks that Bruce's in that car, so he tries to open the door.,Soon as he touches the door handle with his bare hands, he realises there was "something" on it. He desperately tries to rub it off on his pants. But, after a few seconds (3-5seconds) he convulsed, choked and died. What was that "something"? At first, I thought it was mercury, but the blood-poisoning effect of mercury upon skin contact would take at least a few hours., not seconds. Toxicology experts here plea…

It has Matrix spoof elements (especially the fight scenes) and even Spiderman spoof elements in it. It also has a little bit of philosopy. It's now one of the most successfull foreign film. The most successfull Hong Kong flick, so far. A sequel is in the making.

Quotes from your favorite [or least favorite] movies. Tyler Durden: Man, I see in fight club the strongest and smartest men who've ever lived. I see all this potential, and I see squandering. God damn it, an entire generation pumping gas, waiting tables; slaves with white collars. Advertising has us chasing cars and clothes, working jobs we hate so we can buy shit we don't need. We're the middle children of history, man. No purpose or place. We have no Great War. No Great Depression. Our Great War's a spiritual war... our Great Depression is our lives. We've all been raised on television to believe that one day we'd all be millionaires, and movie gods, and rock stars. But…

Suggest the best scenes ever for a specific movie scene. Then, at the end, rank them from 1 to 5. I want to know which movie has best fight scene. Not any fight scene. I want the one where they fight using sais (my fave weapon). I haven't seen many fight scenes suing sais yet. So far, I think matrix reloaded has the best sai fight scene... Of course, there are many categories, there are the emotional ones, the action junkies, the intellectual ones... I don't want to list all because: 1) I don't want to stereotype, 2) I don't know how many categories there are. The action junkie just love actions, they don't care about the plot. They tend to watch dumb movies like Daredevil or Steven Seagal stuff. The emotional ones are those who loves corny flicks like Titanic and Lost In Translation. The intellectual ones have tend to watch movie that has a meaning like an artistic value or a reflection of the society's values and culture. That is, however, another type of intellectual ones, the not-so-intellectual …
