It's been low 20s and raining the past few days - you've worked a treat PD!
January 23, 200817 yr Well, Ankara is the capital city of Turkey, located in the middle of Anatolia. It is, sadly, very far from being exotic. Very hot in summers, very cold in winters. It is a dusty big city with a population of 4,5 millions. But the Aegean town I live in now is smaller. And yes, the sea is very blue. For the interest of dear Penny, it has been raining for two days and the temperature is going down. This weekend the schools close down for the semester holiday and we will go to Ankara to see our families, so I won't be around for 2 weeks. Hope to see everyone well when I come back.
