Josie. Alba is annoying, cannot act and Josie is more beautiful/ versatile

It's very close, so let's break it down:

Eyes: Tie. Neither woman has spectacular eyes, but they're pretty enough.

Nose: Tie. Both have nice, well-shaped noses.

Mouth/lips: Josie by a little bit. Jessica's lips, tho' lush and feminine, are too big for her face.

Face-shape: Josie. Jessica's face is deceptively long and narrow.

Coloring: Tie.

Body: Josie. Jessica's upper body is very nice, but her legs are rather thick and short. Josie's build is more feminine and proportionate.

Bottom line: Josie.
