    No kidding.  I had a relative that used to always cook meat well done whenever we went over to dinner at her house.  Could have played hockey with it most of the time.

     

    I stay in the Medium-Rare / Medium range myself.

    No, not from Japan. 

    But anyway, I don't mean to say it's bad. It's really good, but it's not out-of-this-world-good and it's quality doesn't match such a price.
