There are some speculation that Charlotte got a breast reduction- I wouldn't be surprised if she did.

 

Also Charlotte herself has commented on her instagram that she has some sort of "condition" that makes her look pregnant for periods of time and other times, look skinny/sickly. 

 

 

Doesn't make sense as she lost weight and never stopped losing weight for years.

It's still so weird to see her new look, even several years after the breast reduction.
