It looks semi fake but even if its real, it was just a nip slip she wasn't TRYING to show anybody. Plus this isn't her first nip slip,

Yeah, there's something about the robe over her boob that looks weird & why her breast a different color that her neck/chest? lol

But if it's real, it's nothing new because we've seen her boobs already like a thousand times

Well, this picture looks pretty fake to me...

But even if it was real: So what?

Adriana is a confident woman who feels comfortable in her skin.

She's already posed nude several times of her own accord.

So I think she won't be embarrassed due to this picture.

And of course being nude is nothing to be ashamed of anyway.

With the robe and the hair, we don't see much actually which can easily hide the tan line.
