There are in Spain too much polemic in Spain with this pics. This is the official Elite Model comunicate.

IRINA SHAYK LAST VICTIM OF FOTHOSHOP AT GQ SPAIN

Supermodel Irina Shayk is the victim of "photoshop" in GQ SPAIN Model Irina Shayk is a victim of photoshop and GQ's Spain negligence in her recent cover, editorial and feature in the magazines December issue. The intimissimi ambassador dawns the cover in an Intimissimi lingerie body suit but unfortunately was photoshopped to appear naked in 3 images of the 14 page spread.

In every image photographed Ms Shayk was dressed in lingerie in the artistic and tasteful shots done by famed photographer Vincent Peters but due to negligence on GQ's part it seems as if Ms. Shayk "poised" for pictures entirely nude, which is false. A contract was signed on behalf of Ms. Shayk by Elite Model Management where she was to have approval of the interview, cover and images and was refused that right by the publication. Ms. Shayk was not nude and did not approve these images.

Futhermore, in an effort to sell more magazines the SPAIN GQ printed "Want to see Irina Shayk nude?" these kind of statements are not only not true but also defamatory towards Ms Shayk's persona and image this lack of professionalism and neglect towards the future of Ms Shayk's modeling career in an effort to sell magazines is not only shocking but unacceptable from such an established and prestige publication as GQ.

Well, I read GQ magazine director says exactly the opposite and insists there are 15 witnesses, the photographer too, who can confirm she was posing nude.

I don't really know who to believe, it might even be a strategy to get some publicity for her and the magazine all together, cause the affair was in all Spanish papers and TV news yesterday.

I liked her very much before she was known here, but now she's with the most odious show-off in the world I am beginning to dislike her.

Im sorry, but this whole controversy is obviously gossip rag BS ...

If you look at the GQ tagged ones from the second source, in one of the pictures, she is literally holding her skirt or whatever in her hands, in the others shes either clearly not wearing a top at all, or wearing half of one ... she posed this way, it wasnt photoshopped.

If it's true that they mislead her than I can understand her frustration. However, based on the shots, whatever underwear she might have been wearing at the time of the shoot was minimal. So we're really talking about a piece of fabric roughly the size of a shoelace being missing from the shots...

As far as i understand the situation, the point is that there was a contract between Elite agency and GQ, where is was stated that the agency (and the model) should approve the pictures and text before it goes to print. And GQ did not send the pictures for approval, they just chose what they wanted and printed them. That's why the agency and Irina are not happy about the situation. it was a shooting for GQ, it's normal that she did not wear a lot of clothes but GQ had to respect the contract.

Oh, I agree that GQ is in the wrong here. It's just a bit ironic that the shots she would have approved off likely are not that different from those who were printed.
