Im always like ''Ill do it when i get fat !'' but i don't gain weight which is actually quite surprising . Anyway, i'm gonna try to go walk an hour or so later today . tinky Posted July 22, 2006 Share Posted July 22, 2006 (edited) i went to a spa center for 2 months and did pilates,now i do it at home,3 days a week,for 20 minutes.(thanks to pilates for dummies ) i'm 1.69 cms tall and 48 kgs. But during college, it all slowly faded away (except for a little indoor footie). I've started again recently, hoping to find a club to play on within the next few months (hopefully weeks, so I can start from the beginning of the season, but I'm not getting my hopes up yet).
