Kurt Sutter Wants Aaron Paul For The Final Season Of Sons Of Anarchy
Filming doesn’t begin until late May on the seventh and final season of Sons of Anarchy, but Kurt Sutter has already broken down the main story arcs. He’s also in the process of signing deals for recurring characters this season. Some recurring characters will return. CCH Pounder, for one, is expected to come back in some capacity, as will Kim Dickens, whose role will be limited. Dickens actually just landed the female lead in a CBS pilot.

Working without much Dickens may prove challenging, since the focus of the final season will turn away from the Irish and guns and back toward the SAMCRO’s “legitimate business.” However, instead of the escort business, the main focus is expected to be on Cara Cara, SAMCRO’s pornographic film studio.

According to Sutter, additional members from other chapters of SAMCRO may also be brought in for the final season, and you know who might make a perfect addition? Well, if you ask Sutter, the one person he’d like most to have on the final season, he revealed on Twitter, is Aaron Paul. Who would he play? Maybe Jax’s long-lost brother?

Here’s Aaron Paul’s response on whether it’s true, and Kurt Sutter’s reply:

Though it's hard not to be boring...after that epic season finale. I miss Tara.

After watching 2 episodes I must say it seems that is going to be very interesting season.

I recently started watching the show, I saw the first season and the first four episodes from season two and it's amazing. It's a great show! I love how it's different from most of TV shows these days (Y)

 

I hope I can catch up before the final episode airs but since I will have my finals in the middle of the season I doubt it

I would love to see some statistics about how many people got killed by SAMCRO. And numbers for each member of the club. Human life is really worthless in the world of this serie.

 

I hope Jenna will die last and in huge pains.

Poor Unser survived 6 seasons and 11 episodes with a stage IV lung cancer and he had to die like this. Though it's totally acceptable as she loved Gemma and blahblahblah, but ...That bitch should have suffered more btw. I thought for a minute that Jax won't do it. Ugh, so cheesy death, with bloody white flowers and all. This season is a disappointment. Though I thought the same last year too (maybe before that too), but Tara's death saved it a bit. I can't really imagine what interesting thing can happen in the last episode to feel more satisfied about it.

I just saw the last episode before the finale! I can't believe I made it, this show is so intense ... I'm trying so hard not to read spoilers because honestly I feel like Jax could end up anywhere.

 

This show was just flawless, I feel bad i discovered it so late because it was truly amazing. From the cast, the music, the images, everything was always so on point.

I liked the final episode (and the last 3 seasons) only because I won't miss this show thanks to them. 

I actually loved the finale, I think it was perfect ... I cried like half of the episode  

Well every series I like what is lucky enough to have a decent last episode make my eyes a little wet too. (The only serie what could make me cry like a baby was Six Feet Under...) So I liked this last episode too, overall. But the serie was struggling for seasons. The storyline was ok, and it had a nice frame. But especially in this season, the stonewalling, the lack of acting skills, the theatricality and the symbolysm were too much for my taste. Kurt Sutter had this great story in his head, I'm just sorry he chose to have 7 seasons. 5 or 6 would have been enough.

They killed 54 persons in this last season. It was the most. Honestly, it seemed even more to me...

Just 54? It did feel like a lot more than that.

 

I didn't love the last two seasons and I would have been fine with the series being done with the fifth season, however I do think the ending was perfect considering all the things that happened in the last two seasons, the symbolism was a bit cheesy but I loved the little details in the very last like Jax's always white shoes and the last scene being similar to the first scene from the show, etc, for the finale was a nice touch.
