And we're seeing a lot more of Behati now she's engaged, she's actually probably a strong candidate for the Fantasy Bra since she's gotten super exposed lately. Doutzen isn't creating hype, they'll probably give it to her next year since she will go to space, so that should get her attention. They aren't giving fantasy bras to girls that haven't been all around the media at the time because they want their viewers.

 

Had the break-up not happened, I would agree, but the timing was less than ideal for her to get the bra this year, considering they must have begun planning it while Adam and Behati were "off".

Yes but these ladies pretty much all wear the same bra size. You could take the standard 34-B they all wear and depending on who you wanted to wear it add or take away chicken cutlets to make it fit properly (not to mention the Photoshop to make it look decent in print... When Miranda wore the bra her chest swam in it as she walked down the runway, then in other shots it looked like they pinned it in the back to make it sit closer to the actual chest)

 

ANYONE could wear the bra at this point. They could be in the middle of construction and know very comfortably they can make the bra fit anyone they choose.

I'm aware. I said the timing was less than ideal. I didn't say there was no chance. I mean even if it has already been shot, they can shoot it again. They shot it rather late last year too. But I'd see her with a bigger shot at getting it next year than this year.

Also something was shared with me from an avid VS follower and I wanted to see if guys think it's a possible pattern.

They said that in the last 6-7 VSFS if you'll notice the girl who normally gets the FB isn't focused on much of the year... they'll do the occasional shoot, or maybe a launch or two, but they don't dominate every aspect of VS (hello Candice circa last year).

 

I'm thinking back to some of the girls who got it, and it seems plausible . Ale was MIA for most of the year when she got her bra, same with Miranda, I think Adriana was with her bra's?

^ Adriana was everywhere in 2008 when she got the bra, in 2010 I think her FB phosothoot was one of the first ones she did post-Valentina but after that she started to work a lot for them and did launches of campaigns she wasn't even in. However I think the reason for them being MIA was because they were coming from a pregnancy because the FB was Ale's first shot for VS after Noah and Miranda was probably the first one too or one of the first ones because she had the baby in January and did the FB in May or June, but in 2009 Marisa worked a lot for VS before getting the bra and we all know Selita got it in 2007 because of her engagement.

But If we're going by that then this is Lindsay or Doutzen's years because they have done like two photoshopts and one event each. However I still think it's Adriana or Doutzen this year and if the timing was better it would be Behati but she's 100% getting it this year, especially if she and Adam do get married

I honestly don't think they know what to do with Doutzen or Lindsay at this point

I've been thinking for awhile that one of the Angels will either leave or be fired. I was suprised the most recent to leave was Miranda as I thought for sure this year we would see either Erin, Lily or Lindsay go. I give it another year before either Lindsay and Lily, if not both are gone from Angel status.

Did they cut off Erin from the Body commercial? 

 

& I'm almost sure that Adriana got the FB again.

I agree about VS not knowing what to do with Lindsay & Doutzen. I honestly feel like Doutzen is slowly losing her spark, kind of like Miranda who started all great & happy but slowly started to fade, I wouldn't be surprised if she's the next to leave, however I know she just signed a renewal but I don't know on which terms or for how long. Lindsay on the other hand has always had a weird VS status since 2009, I think VS should use her more especially for PR because she's great speaking and her beauty shots are killer too. 

 

Every year someone gets fired after the show so we'll see who gets cut this year.

Lindsay's initial contract was signed at the same time as Rosie's. Rosie is gone from VSAA, Lindsay isn't, so I guess she's safe for a little while, especially since they usually don't even wait till a girl's contract ends to give them the boot if they don't fit (Marisa, Izabel, Chanel...) and Lindsay just did an event for them, same with Lily.

I may be very wrong but I think either Behati or Candice will get it...They are shooting the promotional pics for The Fantasy Bra this week.....They haven't done it yet....And this is the model line-up for this week in NY and the only ones I can think from that group is Behati or Candice....I think after all these years Doutzen deserves it but from this group I prefer Candice a BILLION times over Behati...She is the only one I can think of...

Btw is Adriana even in NY ????

So they haven't shot the FB yet?

Adriana just got to NYC or just left, she was just spotted at the airport but I don't know if she was leaving or arriving

 

It think it means they already did the FB because they also mention the Body By Victoria collection and that just came out today and one of the chicks mentioned said she's not even in town  However, I think that if it is about this week it means none of the girls in that board will get the Fantasy Bra. Because that's shot in a different set/studio and it's just one model the whole day, instead of having two or three girls shooting together and we already saw Candice, Lindsay & Lais and the FB ain't there.

^Adriana just left like an hour ago. And that's not necessarily true about there being only one girl being shot. I think I saw Lily there when Adriana did hers in 2010.

Is it just me or doesn't seem like barely anyone showed up for Lily's event in Minneapolis . It looks like there's only 25 girls there. Hah

Well I don't know, if they're shooting this week we'll know it.

It's okay y'all. I just broke it down for Miss/Claudia in a DM and she really didn't want to hear it, but I am personally craving some chicken cutlets right now. Doutzen, boo, it's gon' be alright.

We'll see how it all goes. We should know this week then, I'm sure some idiot as usual will post something and we'll figure it out.

 

Maybe H&M can give Doutzen the 2013 Fantasy T-Shirt? 'Cuz she really really wanted that H&M contract didn't she? :dinah:
