May 22, 20205 yr One big f*** insurance company here tried to rip off some small business (a restaurant) by refusing to indemnify them for their operating losses, even if it was explicitely written in the contrat. These douches tried to argue that the quarantine was not an "administrative decision"... What a bunch of crooks. They are really taking people for fools. Fortunately, the arbitrage given by the judge found them guilty and asked them to indemnify the restaurant.

These mammoth companies are a plague in many sectors: EA in gaming, Mickey Mouse (aka the butcher of Star Wars) in Hollywoke, Big Tech in their sector (which is censorship, I guess )... Let's not forget the companies of the DIABETES SECTOR... The public expenditures caused by these guys are massive and they fund fake studies to defend their products (just like the cigarette industry did 50 years ago ). Spoiler
