June 19, 201113 yr As I suspected, the Esquire shots shown above of Kate wearing a black lace outfit are well over 2 years old. They are from a shoot with April Hubal for Maniac Magazine. Kate was on the cover of this magazine whilst with Elite Model Management in Miami. She was the Jan-December 08 cover. Are Esquire reusing them or are they fakes??
