These allegations are a direct result of a ranging civil suit filed by the US Department of Justice to recover ill-gotten gains from an allegedly fraudulent enterprise.  The civil suit will almost certainly be followed by a criminal indictment at some point in the future.  While Kerr isn't alleged to have broken any US laws, she may in fact be in possession of essentially stolen property, potentially a crime itself.  As such, no competent lawyer would allow their client to issue any statement through their publicist until such a time that the litigation and potential criminal investigation are completed.  If Kerr does issue a statement, look for it to come from her lawyer.

Thank you Ewciolina. I really like this picture, I like the colors of the water and the white tile. The bathing suit could be cuter but Miranda looks great. I actually like her better with shorter hair now that I'm getting used to seeing it more. However, her hair is absolutely stunningly beautiful so when she had her longer hair she looked out of this world too lol

Speaking of Miranda's agent and PR team I meant all gossips about Bieber/Butler/Bing/Packer/Pitt and God knows who else, leaving VS and David Jones, diva rumours etc. According to vogue.co.uk Kerr is cooperating with the investigation so it's normal that she can't talk about it. But even if the case clarifies, I doubt that any statement will appear.

IKR. Why do you think they never speak out in the open to address things like this? especially this one because a country's at it stake. It is so damn annoying knowing how they do things to clear Miranda's name  and even Miranda doesn't speak about it.

In few days she is going to Japan, I'm not sitting 24/7 under her bed  but maybe she went there for laser hair removal. As far as I know someone else is taking care of her skin (I don't remember the name of this woman).

MIRANDA KERR GIVES UP $11M IN JEWELLERY

 

Australian model Miranda Kerr has handed over $US8.1 million ($A10.7m) worth of jewellery to the US Justice Department a week after lawsuits said it was purchased for her by Malaysian financier Jho Low with allegedly misappropriated funds, according to her spokesman. Ms Kerr transferred the gifts on Friday to government agents from her safe-deposit box in Los Angeles, the spokesman said. “From the start of the inquiry, Miranda Kerr co-operated fully and pledged to turn over the gifts of jewellery to the government,” he said. “Ms Kerr will continue to assist with the inquiry in any way she can.” Ms Kerr isn’t a defendant in the lawsuits. The Justice Department declined to comment.
