I'm just a little confused about the guy who's slashing the throats. I think it has something to do with the characters refusing to use the gift (making music, designing architecture, etc.) but I don't really get it. Can you explain to me who this guy is?? I think the slasher wants to kill all the "36 righteous ones"(last himself I'd guess), because he views even having such a gift as blasphemy. He almost spares the architect woman because she said she wants to do something else with her life (plus he liked her), but then decides he does not believe in free will, neither hers nor his own. In the third episode we see him on an old photo stalking Amelia before she was kidnapped too... which ironically means Aster Corps probably saved her life by kidnapping her. helenoftroy Posted March 13, 2013 Share Posted March 13, 2013 Meth Head review: http://www.examiner....and-its-effects Haas gives Kyle some great characteristics which make him vulnerable and sympathetic regardless of the mistakes he makes. It is sometimes painful to watch his meth addicted performance because of the glimpses of normality Haas portrays in the very beginning of the movie. The scenes near the very end are the most heart wrenching of Haas’s portrayal. He is alone and weakening and the actor really delivers the fear and panic without being unnecessarily over the top. I watched the first few, but I've been working so much that I haven't had time to keep up! On one of my days off I'll have to have a marathon. Actually, I'll probably buy this season when it comes out to add to my Lukas Haas movie collection. I think I've said it before, but I love the pictures he posts.
