I just find it really sad when pretty women smoke, not just for the obvious reasons, but because smoking is such a nasty habit, and it's not good for your looks at all. I mean, it gives you stained teeth and wrinkles, not to mention bad breath. I'm pretty sure if there wasn't so much smoking, there wouldn't be a need for all these women to use Botox and what not. Unfortunately, a lot of women in showbiz do smoke, especially models.

i dont think Ad campaigns should count coz we dont know whether they smoke foreal or it was just used for the shoot.

I admit smoking can look sexy, but it's really quite gross. I can't stand smoker's breath, & it's not good for the skin.
