Daria is now making waves in mainstream news.

From Associated Press:

Daria Werbowy of Mississauga, the new Canadian face of Lancome is photographed in Toronto Thursday, March 9, 2006. It's been a while since Canada has claimed to have given rise to a supermodel. But the Ontario-raised Werbowy has resurrected the term -- minus the haughty attitude. One of the most sought-after runway models and the new face of the international cosmetics company, the 22-year-old admits there is a downside -- living out of a suitcase, working late nights and always having to look her best. Still, she feels like 'the luckiest girl in the world.'
