it's alt-130 it's the only accent one really needs to use my fav one is the "c" with the little tail:

no you're not getting it, and i'm not really in the mood to explain since i had this conversation with someone else a long time ago, and it took ages.

i'll just go to the character map, it's not that big a deal since i don't use them that often.
