June 5, 200618 yr I want to see Sneijder play for a bigger club. I hope WE get Sneijder and Maduro in one transfer but that's just unrealistic. I've been perving on scouting those 2 for some time now...
June 5, 200618 yr If Ajax sell Sneijder AND Maduro in one transfer, Ajax supporters will hang all the board members and burn their offices to the ground. Then they will go for some hot dogs and refreshments.
June 5, 200618 yr Is Diana in teh Italian squad? Can you gimme a breif run down on his pros and cons? Diana didn't make the squad, I believe he was suffering from an injury but I could be wrong He plays on the right side of the midfield for Sampdoria, and he can also play rightback. He's a hard running, combative type who will get forward and score, but he is quite injury prone Wasn't Liverpool thinking of getting him and Bonera

Rafa said he'd aim to get all our signings in before the WC, but there's been no activity so far, save for a bid for Pennant. Also, Rafa's now obsessed with Daniel Alves (and rightly so) so I don't think we'll be in the hunt for Bonera, unless we want him to sit on the bench or something We might still be in the Diana, but chances are we'll bid for Steed Malbranque or Pennant, as they are EPL proven. Sneijder will be ready for the WC Now he can walk over to his contract and sign for Liverpool  ...or Milan

June 6, 200618 yr Nesta and Zambrotta should be ready for the first game against Ghana Thank God as if Italy would have had to start with Materazzi it would have been a disaster
June 6, 200618 yr Excellent, I hope he signs for Liverpool so you're a Liverpool supporter as well eh?

What about Barzgali (sp?) or Chiellini or someone like that? Materazzi :knives:

Materazzi :knives: There is Barzagli but Lippi prefers Materazzi over him, I don't know why Chiellini din't make the team The only left backs are Zambrotta and Grosso On right back there is Oddo (Y) and Zaccardo (N)
June 6, 200618 yr Sneijder is pretty good. Only thing that might hamper him in the EPL is his lack of physical strength.
June 6, 200618 yr Sneijder is pretty good. Only thing that might hamper him in the EPL is his lack of physical strength. They don't appreciate tactics and technique in England <_<
June 6, 200618 yr It could work if you put a strong imposing fellow next to him to pick up the grunt work.
June 6, 200618 yr Won't matter as much unless teams man mark him I guess. Either way, he'll grow into it (hopefully). I'd take that risk on him. Why hasn't anyone moved for Huntelaar, Sneijder, Maduro or Pienaar? Ajax got De Ridder back from Celta right?
