She's got full lips, big cheeks, a big forehead, huge eyes, her face looks round ("soft" curves) and her head seems big when compared to the rest of her very slim body - these are features and proportions typical for kids. Actually women looking like that are mentioned in Vladimir Nabokov's "Lolita". The main character called them something like "grownup Lolitas" (I had read the polish translation of this book so this aren't his exact words) - they were women looking very, very young although they were like 16-20 years old.
