I want Erin to get some ACTUAL editorial work.

This is why I hate models I like working with VS... they become encapsulated by the brand and loose any actual fashion work (and in some cases TALENT) they might get otherwise.

Do you see it as lost potential and do you think that it is too prevalent? Perhaps a reflection of the market practices of other businesses- ie. genuinely talented human capital being diverted into populist projects rather than the (apparently) progressive endeavors.

When they first hit the scene, VS had sexy stuff. Almost immediately, they turned PC. Victoria's Secret - The Body Armor of Lingerie.

What I'm talking about doesn't have anything to do with the lingerie.

There are more than a couple models who are superb models, not just blow-up dolls with soulless eyes (not gonna name names), but I feel that VS slowly turns them into them. I can only hope that Erin, the shinning beacon of talent in VS, can maintain her talent and possibly continue to work in more fruitful endeavors.

Except Gisele, she still worked for other fashion brands when she was VS angel.
