BODY - IMAGE ISSUES

Tuns out Angels have 'em too! As they gear up to bare all at the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, Lindsay Ellingson, Erin Heatherton and Doutzen Kroes address our angst.

How can I have more body confidence? I know I'm cute. but sometimes I catch myself in the mirror and think gross-emma 33

Doutzen: ​ Believe it or not, that happens to us! We work in beautiful lighting, with hair and make up. Then you see yourself at home and say "Oh my God, I look so different!"

Lindsay: Every woman picks herself apart, including us. So everyday I write down 5 things that I appreciate, and one of them has to be about my body or myself. A life coach taught me that last summer, and it completely turned my life around.

Erin: There are so many beautiful girls out there that don't feel that their beautiful. And there are so many girls who aren't that textbook beautiful and who don't have the best bodies, but you see them and you're like,"Wow they look great", nothing is ever perfect. Perfect is boring! Think of it this way: If you were perfect. you'd be the loneliest person on the planet because then you'd have no one else to relate to.

My friend lost weight and looks great, but she's in her late thirties and dressing like a teenager. How do I get her to tone it down? Lauren, 38

Doutzen: I understand this one. I have a friend who dresses really crazy. But I think you have to let a people be who they are.

Erin: You can be proactive about it. Say,"You're so beautiful.Your'e body looks so amazing. I think you would look so elegant if you dressed in...." and suggest an outfit. Use positive words!

Lindsay: Or go shopping together. And when you she tries on something you like, say "That looks so good on you". And if you don't like it, tell her why. It's not like she owns it yet!.
