  1. Meve is a really good "strong female character", unlike most of what Hollywood has produced in the past decade. She has merits and she is followed because of her actions, not just because she's a woman. She's not a Mary Sue and she has strong principles, she's not a superficial character like Captain Marvel, Michael Burnham and all these very forgettable characters. Polish and Japanese writers are way better than American writers now (the Murican writers might get replaced by AI pretty soon )
  2. I'm not an expert in superman, but I think he's too powerful and doesn't have enough hardships/struggles to overcome. His main ennemies are Lex Luthor (a billionaire that looks like Jeff Bezos) and his alien siblings. They don't look much as a challenge. Batman has to go through very difficult hardships and his ennemies are very powerful and charismatic. All of the villains are memorable and very dangerous, even if they don't win in the end. The challenges/struggles are what makes the knight.
  3. What do you guys think of Julie?
  4. ^ great adds! This a pretty good photoshoot, very good color balance, poses and she has a very harmonious body.
  5. Blackrock's CEO, Larry Fink (aka the biggest manipulator of woke mobs) says he wants companies to "force behaviour". A century ago, antitrust laws would've been used against this megalomaniac man's dystopian company.
  6. Yes and the US has stopped to fight against oligopolies. American economists made great work and analyses on competition and they contributed to the making of great Antitrust laws. But you have stopped to enforce them.
  8. ^ Great adds, thanks.

  10. I was never a huge fan of superman. Maybe because he's too OP. Or because he's not "knight" material. I like knights' tales: the Dark Knight, the Jedi Knights, the Witcher knights, etc. Maybe I should give it a try again. I used to watch the Superman series when I was younger (and I liked Teri Hatcher - she was cute back then...)
  11. Interesting. RDR2, Tetris, TW3 and Mario are the ones I've played in this list. I thought Elden Ring was in the top 10, but there are just at 20 M. I haven't played the game yet, BTW.
  12. Wow... I don't remember ever seeing that.
  13. Yeah, that's what I've always thought. It's the only diversity that matters (culture, character, etc.) These are the things that really matter. Gender, race, s*xual orientations are a extremely superficial way of seeing people. This also applies to political parties; we need right and left (and all the other nuances - two parties isn't enough). When a party takes the supremacy (like the Left in the USA), it becomes crazy and extremist (that's exactly what's happening in the USA). (I'll stop here, before I ramble on again )
  14. I didn't know Russia had so many engineers. I've met some of them in the past, they're good, but sometimes a bit too conservative (they rely on the fundamentals a lot). I've met Korean and Japanese engineers, I like them a lot. Very disciplined and humble. Indian engineers are so good individually (very smart and savvy), but very inefficient when they are in a group. Taking a decision has got to get through the whole bureaucracy. And they know it ver well (but still can't fight it). Indian engineers do great in Western companies where there are less bureaucracies.
