  1. As usual, they are eating each other in the end
  2. Titania is spot on, as usual! As for this blue checkmark, she is so full of herself. She wants to appear virtuous, but she lacks basic compassion. Smugness blinds these people, makes them hateful and being hateful is never a sane way of dealing with disagreement.

  10. ^ In short: Joe Exotic is the King of the Beggars. Doc Antle is the Ashram's Guru. Carole Baskin is a Media Chimera.
  11. Just watched episode 2. Pretty good! So, basically they all have personality cults. They're different kinds of archetypical charismatic leaders: - Joe Exotic's band of misfits are thankful to him because he gave them a purpose. These outcasts are solidary cause they feel they don't belong anywhere else. - Doc Antle has natural charisma and his boldness attracts women. He perfectly knows how to leverage that. Classical guru type. - Carole Baskin is the worst IMHO. She runs the same business as the others, except she plays the virtuous card (kinda hypocrite). She uses virtue to attract people and make them work their asses out for free. She has a reward system (the colored shirts) to create an addiction. People love her because they see her as a prophet.
  12. Sheep like behaviour as usual. If a political guru told them to throw themselves off a cliff, some might do it The blue checkmark is their cattle brand
  13. What the...? Why do these morons politicize everything? Why is a debate over the risks/benefits of a medicine getting political? Your girl clearly has TDS, but it's the same elsewhere. In France, you see politicians/media personalities taking a position based on their political beliefs. How does that even make sense?
  14. I hope they try Hydroxychloroquine on him. There's a heated debate on the subject at the moment: - Advocates say that there's evidence to prove it works, even if it's not perfect evidence, and the risks (side effects) of this medicine are very limited and well known. So, it's worth trying. - Opponents say that we should wait for a very precise study before starting using it. I think they're plain wrong, because we don't have time to wait. This drug has low/known side effects, so it's better to try than wait and do nothing! As usual, it tends to become politicized.
