Honestly, I don't think "it's obvious she does not have a healthy relationship with food." I think she just had a growth spurt, which you can evidently see from photos before and after, and her body is taking a while to catch up and fill out. Have you guys seen lanky teenagers when they suddenly shoot up? Yes, I'm sure she is aware of staying at runway measurements, but I don't think it's anything unhealthy, especially since she's mentioned being self conscious about her legs (InStyle May 2018 interview posted a couple pages back).
