LOL, no she wouldn't. Let's not overblow things here. She's definitely one of the most recognizable models but to imply she isn't cast for movies because she would be a distraction is a bit too much.

I don't think Doutzen is well known to an average moviegoer.

We have and they are in majority however controversy sells magazines. That's why KimK or Lohan are a lot more in the media than quiet girls.

This photo is from Russell's V2 book. It he's repeating photoshoots, I really don't see how this book could be worth what it costs. Exactly! Using old photos of angels for new book? Seriously?! Yes, probably around 3/4 of photos are old ones. Laziness at its best.

Little bit more new stuff from current Angels. He had Doutzen in amazing shape, in amazing setting and he only produced two (plus one zoomed in) of her. Candice only few (plus reprint of old work). Too much old Miranda (if only he did something new with her). Too little Karlie. Wish Adri's photos were better... Lily... meh. Rosie...old. I think he only did justice with Martha and Sara. And regarding old work. One would think that he had so many extra photos that he didn't use in V2 book that he could use here, instead he just put the same ones in. Dunno...it's not like bad, but I kinda had bigger expectations. Turns out the best new stuff they gave away is in the preview photos. In my opinion, of course. Still feeling sorry 'Around the house with Candice Swanepoel' was canceled. That would blow away this book easily.

Nah, there is a photo and if you zoom in you can clearly see needle marks. Kinda sad, since she's so young. She's fully clothed in the photo and you can only see her face. She looks like she's coming out of gym but as I said when you zoom in you can see needle marks with little spots of blood.

Is 'Gone Girl' THAT good? It's 9.3 on IMDb at the moment (which will surely drop with time) but still....9.3?! Last movie I remember had that high IMDb start was The Dark Knight (with 9.2 I think).
