Yeah I don't like how colorful the background is on the runway for that section...when the girls come out I feel like it will be difficult to see their wings clearly against the backdrop.

I agree with all of this. However, she definitely didn't have a prior commitment and wanted to be on the show. I wish she would just confirm or deny herself. I don't think she made it, but she just hasn't posted anything even remotely close to a hint. I think her career is at a major turning point right now, and I also think she needs new management, personally.

Very true. I'm suprised people still give adriana THAT much credit, but I think in the 2012 opening she toned it down. But only because she too was self conscious because she just came from having a baby Yeah there is always room for improvement... hopefully she does. But if that hat on her head though, she not. and then adriana can thank her for the applause she got. I hope Alessandra opens something this year like last year she didn't even open a segment.... It hurts me to say it but its about time for her to leave and adriana too kind of. I mean of course they milk adriana but then give candice the benefit of it all. I think most of Gisele and Heidi's earnings are actually from ventures outside modeling. Gisele brings in something like $42 million a year but I think it's mostly investments. No one else even comes close to that

My personal opinion is that there are still household names left at VS. I also believe that depends on your location in the world; I am speaking from my own experience, and I concede that this may not be true for everyone. In that regard, I apologize. That said, of course they are not at the same level as Gisele and Heidi; but being a supermodel and having a household name are, also in my opinion, mutually exclusive. We all know who Nelson Mandela and Kim Kardashian are. And I am pointing out your language because there is no need to use negatively-connotated language like 'wannabes' to prove your point, which will obviously rile people up and is unnecessary. You could have stopped at your second sentence. Tori, You can PM me if you would like to continue this discussion.
