I doubt it. She never went even when she had her strongest runway season, and I can’t think of any brand she works closely enough with to bring her. We’ll have to wait for Cannes. -

I feel like the styling on this latest batch of shots did Barbara dirty. A lot of the metallic suits they put her in were too close to her skintone/seemed ill-fitting and the hair/mu felt off to me too. Some shots are fine, but there are others that made me cringe a little for her.

The day of that shoot it was raining all day and they ended up shooting some of it under a tent, so it's possibly they tried to dress the set with fake greens and such to hide the fact and brighten it up.

Lais and Leomie is a straight up 🔥 duo. They look amazing together- more pls! Also my girl Lo with them. Odd that Barbara is getting a second event before Grace gets one.

I don't like the dress in general but the colours look amazing on Leomie, and she's pulling it off. That influencer is super cute too, although her look is too obviously "I'm just wearing a bra" and it's a lil cheap imo.

Given that Alexis has like...no career right now outside of IG sponsorships, I think it’s more likely SI choose not to bring her back. Why would she drop her only legitimate modeling gig? Especially such a high profile one. Maybe it was a personality conflict or pay disagreement.

She just didn’t sign a sport contract. There are different categories (lingerie, swim, beauty and sport) and some girls just don’t work for those areas of the brand if they have pre-existing contracts. (Or negotiate out of at resigning.) ie) Taylor with Lancôme, therefore she won’t work with the beauty line. Candice won’t shoot for swim because of her brand.

Yeah, my best guess is she left Next without fulfilling her contract and there's legal stuff to deal with. Ginta Lapina was sued by Women for the same thing a few years ago. And yeah, I was checking and both of them have deleted their posts. Ali still has his up though.

I'm watching VS instagram story for Alexina's event and I'm really puzzled why they have a random influencer with her. It looks like this is the first time they've met (they're playing some get to know each other game) so it's not like Romee pairing up with Negin to work the BFFL angle. Do they not think Alexina can carry the event by herself? I'm sure Grace will get a solo event like Barbara. Leomie has the smallest following so maybe she'll get stuck with someone as well, but they should have put Leomie and Alexina together if that was their concern.

This is a new to me shot for VS Bombshell.
I love that VS shot. She's doing dress fittings according to her IG story- I'm going to assume she'll be at Cannes again this year.
