^ She worked with the hair stylist that usually works with Romee and a different make up artist for her Coachella looks and I love the looks. Hopefully she works with them more in the future. I'm also in LOVE with the floral pink dress she was wearing.

+1 I actually really love the blazer and the colours suit Barbara really well. If it was a skinny cigarette pant in the same fabric I think I would have been head over heels for the look.

I’m going to assume most of the Angels are gonna be there in bralettes and braids.
I’m really not getting this Myrthe hype. She’s cute and fine for Pink, but I’m not getting anything special from her past that. I’ve said it before, but I don’t think there will be a new Pink spokesmodel. The brand has seems to have moved away from that- there aren’t any girls consistently getting campaigns and there’s a constant rotation of models now. Not to mention, their social media marketing is wildly different from VS’s now. It’s really heavily focused on the actual products and influencers/reps. There are probably more campus reps than actual models on their IG page at this point. They’re leaning into the Aerie “Real Girl” demographic now and honestly, it works well for that brand.
Yeah I saw that but who knows. Lorena was doing TV interviews which seems overboard for just a fragrance launch but then again... VS has been surprising me at every turn. Or she has something else going on.
They’re going to “announce” the new fragrance tomorrow, but I’m not sure if they would also announce her as an Angel, especially so close to Grace’s?
I have a really strong suspicion Lo is coming up next...that or we’re being purposefully mislead.
Happy for Grace but also there have been so many Angel announcements spread out over so long, the impact is gone. Especially since Grace was kind of expected. I don’t think there’s going to be a Pink replacement. They seem to be moving away from that marketing for the brand. There have been no “stand out girls” getting the spotlight for them, and a huge focus on campus reps and more diverse models for that brand.
Grace is much more successful in HF when it comes to campaigns and runway but Lorena has a strong commercial base and as much as y’all like to deny it, VS is a commercial mall brand. She’ll sell well for them imo. I like both girls and think they’d both make great Angels but I really do hope VS gets an Asian girl in their line up before they add two more white girls. I think Lorena’s announcement is inevitable though, given all the recent info.
Lorena didn't get famous hawking laxative teas and teeth whiteners on her IG. She's been working steadily in the European & ecomm market for 5 years now(which is how she built up her following. She's not modelling suddenly because she has a lot of followers- she's been modelling for years and got popular because of it). It's fine that you don't like her but Lo has been working her way up through the industry for some time now.
She's the face for VS fragrance Bombshell "Paradise." Doesn't seemed to be fully launched yet- it's in stores but not really prominent on their website yet.

She's doing more press- interview/video with The Coveteur. So if she didn't get VS, she got another big contract. The Lions is putting in WERK for Miss Lo.
She's doing more press today. She filmed an interview/workout routine with The Coveteur so if she didn't get VS, she got something big to be suddenly doing all this press. Edit: I also can't tell 100% but I'm pretty sure she's wearing VSX. Edit 2: Yeah, she is. I can see the items on their website.
