From what I experienced- for me I am inclined to script everything. I first write down a script, and then convert it to teleprompter format, and then control it with a small remote mouse. If I free-style it with a few points I guess I could do that too but it wouldn't flow so smoothly and I would have to practice, which takes a lot of time.
Yea, Arthur gets sick when Downes spits in his face/eyes IIRC. Maybe he doesn't understand the concept of germs, viruses, and bacteria or the developers didn't coordinate his illness with the rest of the game well enough.
I have heard that Red Dead 2's open world is still unsurpassed in certain aspects, like the environmental details and animal AI.
The Last of US show is quite loyal to the game and had very good production values.
