I just finished Time of Contempt for the second time and have the events of the book (adapted for season 3) fresh in my mind again. When I have time I intend to watch S3. It's a shame that the show continues to be a trainwreck, I just watch it out of curiosity mainly. Larry has a lot of screen presence despite having the wrong skin color for the role lol

Wall Street Journal ran an article claiming that the Russians have a 5 to 1 superiority in artillery shells (10,000 vs 2,000) fired per day in Ukraine. During the NATO-Ukraine summer counteroffensive 2023, ukraine used 6,000 per day heavily supported by NATO supplies. Since then supplies have collasped. In 2022 Russia was firing a peak of 50,000-20,000 per day in the spring-summer offensive operations per Ukrainian claim. All of these numbers are very small compared to the world wars, shows how incredibly de-industrialized modern militaries are and how ignorant & idiotic the reporting on this war is. The munitions factories of the Donbass in WW2 had a capacity of 100,000,000 shells.

Did he talk about cholesterol? Even lean chicken will hit 100% recommended cholesterol with two modest servings. The average person who bodybuilds literally has to eat 4-5 chicken breasts a day. I only eat that much meat on very rare occasion, not even holidays.

This movie looks more interesting than the book. I really struggled to pay attention to the audiobook and don't remember much at all about it. I struggled to like or care for any of the characters.

@elfstone What do you think of Lotta? Her channel is quite self-indulgent but I think the reason why she has so many followers is because a lot of them are men and she looks too young for her age. She is around 20 I think but looks like she's 13 years old.
