new police system- resembles GTA. The old police system was completely undeveloped at launch and now it's really cool.

I'm watching the cyberpunk phantom liberty bosses. Wow, they are much better than before. They remind me of the old Deus Ex Human Evolution bosses except much better. All these crazy superhuman cyborgs
